Used my two free nights coupon this past week. I’m an out of towner visiting family from the Southeast. Did some slots, table games and ate at Mels too. Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!

I had worked here for 2 years, left in August of 2024. I have seen countless people leaving because of the terrible business practices and hostile work environment from upper management. There is no racial diversity, there is an essence of bigotry and sexism throughout the company.
While managing the RV Park, I have personally witnessed a severe amount of retaliation, unethical actions and punishments, targeting, distasteful jokes, sabotage and witch-hunt behaviors, favoritism, blatant ignoring of employee concerns, unobtainable expectations, not allowing employees to take their breaks, belittling employees for having disabilities, extreme hours for salary workers, not treating staff equally, harsher than necessary punishments in order to force a person to quit. I was collecting my W2 today, and was warmly welcomed by everyone I had seen while there, until the Assistant GM (JT) yelled to me from his vehicle that i am 86'd. When i asked why (i had not left on bad terms, and fufilled my final 2-weeks) he said "because I said so. And if you don't leave now, I will call security." To which I told him he could call them, and he did. Security came to escort me off the property by threatening to call the cops. There was no reason for this retaliation. There are countless employees with similar accounts, and they need to be investigated!!!

Sundays , morning shift pit supervisors , are very unprofessional , rude , and have no customer service skills . The older lady pit supervisor needs to be fired . Would not recommend floor Games .

Absolutely the most amazing deli I’ve ever been to. Mighty good sandwiches, incredible pizza, and great desert. Fantastic stop on Interstate 80 in West Reno.
