Beyond disappointed. After being a loyal member for years, I made a reservation for 2 rooms and was told the rooms would be conjoined. Not only were they not together, we were placed in separate towers. After trying to talk to the players club worker about the reservations, (she was handling both hotel reservations and players club) she told me “oh well, there’s nothing that can be done” in a very rude manner. I won’t be making future trips here anymore after the customer service my family and I received.

Complete waste of a trip. Upon arriving my 5 year old went to use the bathroom in the room. When trying to leave the bathroom the door handle fell off. We tried to call down to the front desk and the first phone in the room was broken. Used the second phone in the room and was able to get maintenance up to the room. 4 maintenance guys and 20 minutes later they finally got her out. Staff nicely gave both my children unlimited ride cards for the inconvenience. That was great, except there was a fire across the street and the fire fighters cut power to the hotel. They were able to go on 3 rides before this happened. Since the power was out that meant no casino, no fun zone, no pool, basically all the amenities were down. We did not trust the elevator during the power outage so we tried to use the stairs to go back up to our room. Nope, door to the stairwell was locked, who needs safety right?
When the power came back up the kids were ready for bed so a couple adults went down to the casino. Systems were still coming up from the power outage and we were told to give it about 30 minutes. Upon returning 40 minutes or so later, they were still not up. They told us maybe another 1-2 hours but they were not even sure about that. We gave up and went to bed.
Long story short. I booked this hotel because of the fun stuff I thought my kids would enjoy on site. Drove 4 hours and spent $350 for the night and had access to none of this. I called and spoke with the AGM, there was a half hearted apology for the bathroom incident and then a "power was not our fault, we're not doing anything about it" . Will not return

Absolutely the most amazing deli I’ve ever been to. Mighty good sandwiches, incredible pizza, and great desert. Fantastic stop on Interstate 80 in West Reno.
