Wrongfully trespassed. My friends and I stopped at Maverick for some drinks before hanging out, came back after a while to use the restroom and stayed talking outside of my truck for a little. 3 people came out, 2 individuals who had no uniform and another that seemed to be an employee. They asked us if we bought anything. I confirmed and said we bought drinks earlier and just came back to use the restroom. Then they told us we had to go because it’s against “policy” to stay In the parking lot even though according to online sources there is no such policy plus we were paying customers. After a while of talking to my friends, just as we were going to leave, 2 cop cars pull up, 3 officers. They proceeded to issue a 2 year trespassing from all Maverik locations. We were not doing anything wrong, we weren’t causing any disturbance or loitering. We were just simply talking and not causing any trouble and still they decided to trespass us. Very bad managing in that store. Frustrated with this experience.

Never have hot food, and when they do it no longer “hot”. Cashiers are rude and not helpful. Go to literally any other gas station in Reno and you’ll have a better experience, even the golden gate on 4th street is better.

Honestly, really inconvenient when you’re trying to get gas in the morning in a rush. The pumps do not work so you have to go inside and instead of them putting the money on the pump themselves. You have to do it without an “auth code.” It’s very inconvenient. I don’t see why these are around. I’d rather go to a 711 next time when I’m in a pinch

Good place to stop and get gas and snacks. They are out of diet/zero products sometimes but they have everything else I’m looking for. They also have a tire air pressure machine for a fee and gas prices are decent for the area.
Newish gas station has the new ethanol free gas and a lot of extra space for cars. The station at the end of Veterans Parkway doesn’t have it and it’s overcrowded by trucks and bikers.

Come on guys a lot of the sugar packets were wet there was hardly anything on the salsa bar and this is disgusting, you expect people to pay for this ? Plus no coffee really i asked someone if I can just microwave a hot dog and he looked at me like I was speaking an entirely different language customer service is a joke , the place is disgusting and ahhh i'm disappointed

Carla the cashier refused to sell me food for my kids because I only had a $100 dollar bill. The biggest issue was her attitude towards me on top of the refusal of food for my child in front of my daughter and then putting the items behind the counter as if we were going to run out with them. Terrible customer service, there were others sitting in the office that could have helped in some way (ie breaking my. $100 bill) to get my kids fed what they wanted from Maverick but she just refused us service.
