Pumps don't work. Tried three of them before giving up and some of the people there are rude. Asked for help and she just shrugged her shoulders like that would solve it. At least try to help please. The shell down the street is nicer even if it's a few cents more for gas. Going there from now on

This one star is for the cashier he was amazing, the bakery is a joke here. I went in at 7:36 am and there absolutely NO FOOD ON THE WARMER. When I asked them if I could get biscuits and gravy, they said I need to make it still and it will take 30 minutes. I worked in a Maverik bakery for serval years. My warmers were stocked full for all the morning people coming through. There was 3-4 workers standing around back there. With that many people back there the food should be full and everything else should be stocked and cleaned. This is the worst store I've been to and it's sad cause it's in a prime location and being ran by the Sesame Street crew!!!! Want fresh breakfast and nice customer service go to the store on south meadows, they know what they are doing in the bakery. Always stocked with warm food and if it's not there, they go out of their way to make it for you :)

I love place. They are the best in town, have the best team, and it’s really clean. Thank you for having delicious breakfast burritos. The older folks that work later at night and early morning are awesome. They put these other locations customer service to shame!

Went in to buy some fountain drinks for the road. Guy at the cash register was chatting with another customer and the self-service kiosks on the counter were closed, but the self-service kiosk by the Bonfire counter was working so I paid there for speed and convenience.I am glad I printed my receipt at the kiosk because even though I walked out of the store with the receipt visible in my hand and past multiple employees, the staff still stared me down and then waved me back inside condescendingly in front of other customers and drivers as if I hadn't paid.I approached the doors with the receipt in my hand and they just said "oh." And went back inside. No apology, no "oh you're good, sorry!" Nothing.What's the point of a self service kiosk if you're going to treat every customer that uses one as a thief?

Weeks of freezing weather, yet they don't have squeegees that are usable. Does the management live in Reno?Also went inside the brand new location a few weeks back, and the mocha machine was already broken on a few selections. It's terrible for a brand spanking new gas station. ⛽️

This is a nice peaceful Maverik gas station and convenience store. It’s not quite as busy as some of the other stores. There’s lots of pumps and a big clean store. I’ve had several pleasant experiences at this Maverik passing through south reno
