As much as they all raised prices you would think they get things right or at least give you what you paid for. Ordered a larger number 3, burger had no mustard or ketchup and the large fries were half way filled up at best. Y’all need to do better.

Be prepared to wait now until doomsday for your oder you place inside or curbside. You'll never get it. 30+ minute wait when I ordered both of those ways. Drive thru is reasonable with wait time.

You have to stop and search for your food in the bag before leaving the drive thru. Almost everytime I order from the drive thru or Doordash food is missing or didn't make it right.

Food is good, on oar with McDonald's expectations. Drive thru service is consistently one of the slowest I've experienced. Doesn't matter if there are 5-6 cars in front of you or none, you are going to be sitting there a while.

Put in to go bag its for done in no tray.. had to ask for lap mat.. fries cold. I order apple pies. They gave me holiday pies..had to tell them to clean the tables..trash was full.. but lots of workers behind cooking.. order woth extra ketchup. They put none. Soda machi e had way too much foam..

There can be a big line with one lane closed sometimes but the people there are always so nice. They are the only place that doesn't make excuses and say the ice cream/shake machine is not working. They can mess up large orders but they apologize profusely

The service from the morning shift and the food just outrageous my father was still talking to one of the workers and she just walked away while he was still talking her attitude was just not ok there was other people there that where getting there food and the workers where being rude to them as well when we looked inside our bag the food was thrown in the bag it was all wet and some of it wasn’t even. The correct food. Somone that is in charge needs to do something about this because this isn’t the first time we have a horrible experience with this McDonald’s. 😡

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. I have wanted to leave a review every time I’ve had a bad experience here, but wanted to think they are just having a bad day every time I go. Today, we ordered breakfast through the app and one of those items was a mocha frappe, as soon as I tasted it I had to spit it out because it tasted like straight BLEACH. I called and the woman that answered says “yeah well we cleaned the machine this morning,” as if that’s an excuse for my drink to taste like cleaner? No apology, no offer to make the situation right, nothing. We also had a breakfast sandwich that was missing the Canadian bacon we paid extra for. The sandwich just had egg and cheese on it. I was hung up on after she said “okay well thanks for calling.” I was more concerned for future customers receiving the same thing with the drink tasting like cleaner. That is not safe. This location always takes at LEAST 20 minutes, they have terrible customer service, and is always getting orders wrong. I’m leaving a review now as this is now over 5 times we’ve had a bad experience with this location. I’m not a picky person, I understand long waits and I understand people can have bad days. This is inexcusable. It also looks like I’m not the only one and it doesn’t seem to be improving. Will not be coming back to this location.

3 sauces for 20 nuggets. And they're 2 different sauces. No fries, that are clearly on the receipt. I was literally the only customer, drive through and in-restaurant. At least 7 different employees working, so there was no reason for a lack of competence.
