There can be a big line with one lane closed sometimes but the people there are always so nice. They are the only place that doesn't make excuses and say the ice cream/shake machine is not working. They can mess up large orders but they apologize profusely

The service from the morning shift and the food just outrageous my father was still talking to one of the workers and she just walked away while he was still talking her attitude was just not ok there was other people there that where getting there food and the workers where being rude to them as well when we looked inside our bag the food was thrown in the bag it was all wet and some of it wasn’t even. The correct food. Somone that is in charge needs to do something about this because this isn’t the first time we have a horrible experience with this McDonald’s. 😡

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. I have wanted to leave a review every time I’ve had a bad experience here, but wanted to think they are just having a bad day every time I go. Today, we ordered breakfast through the app and one of those items was a mocha frappe, as soon as I tasted it I had to spit it out because it tasted like straight BLEACH. I called and the woman that answered says “yeah well we cleaned the machine this morning,” as if that’s an excuse for my drink to taste like cleaner? No apology, no offer to make the situation right, nothing. We also had a breakfast sandwich that was missing the Canadian bacon we paid extra for. The sandwich just had egg and cheese on it. I was hung up on after she said “okay well thanks for calling.” I was more concerned for future customers receiving the same thing with the drink tasting like cleaner. That is not safe. This location always takes at LEAST 20 minutes, they have terrible customer service, and is always getting orders wrong. I’m leaving a review now as this is now over 5 times we’ve had a bad experience with this location. I’m not a picky person, I understand long waits and I understand people can have bad days. This is inexcusable. It also looks like I’m not the only one and it doesn’t seem to be improving. Will not be coming back to this location.

3 sauces for 20 nuggets. And they're 2 different sauces. No fries, that are clearly on the receipt. I was literally the only customer, drive through and in-restaurant. At least 7 different employees working, so there was no reason for a lack of competence.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just for them to not even have what I wanted. Should've just read all the other reviews giving this place a 1 star before deciding to come here

We got take out bags even though we did dine in, sandwiches were wrong, had to wait longer. They didn't even make new sandwiches instead only added a few things and acted different they still even had the same box sticker on it. A 10 piece nugget only had 9 and we didn't get sauces for the nuggets.

Inside is dreary and glum.
Drive-thru is always backed up. Can't get food out. Order is taken quick. Often out of supplies: large drink cups, tea, etc.

I ordered curbside in the app. I arrived and not a space open. Nobody in any of the cars in the designated Curbside spots. Finally got a spot. Answered the app for my space and waited and waited. Finally I went in. Waited over a half hour. While I waited another employee took part of my order. They finally got my order together. I get home only to find no utensils or condiments. After looking at reviews for the McDonald's in this area, extremely poor service is the franchise owner's standard. McDonald's headquarters needs to step in and fix these problems. Someone may currently own them but McDonald's needs to wake up or get them out.

Parking: Forget using the Curbside pickup. Everybody is using it.
