The people here are so quick to push you out of their store no matter what, takes a hot minute to get your order unless you use a kiosk, and something is always wrong. Oh, and don't even think about ice cream here, typical "it's broken" response. Lazy people working here and I am tired of not being able to get any frozen treats. I'll be getting a hold of corporate, tired of the excuses and terrible service

Now don't get me wrong this is only the McDonald's that I go to with I've been to decent ones before however the one right here on McCarran next to the Dotty's and chipotle that's right here it's just poor customer service and don't even get me started with Taco Bell either way like I said not everybody is bad when it comes to being a normal human being but when I went through the McDonald's drive-thru the other night picking up a doordash order the girl in the window literally told me that I just please go to Taco Bell and I told her well I can't and I thought she was getting at first but no she was serious but anyways it is what it is and I wasn't trying to go to the Taco Bell right here anyways even if I did take her advice because that place even has worst customer service just in this area though not everywhere

Had to wait in line for like 30 minutes with only Two cars ahead of us and even then those cars waited fOREVER too. Thinking since we waited that long the food would be fresh but no of course not, Cold stale fries and burgers were cold and nasty too. RIDICULOUS.

I would expect that if they state in the drive thru window that they are open til at least 11 PM everyday that by placing a mobile order at 9 PM would be reasonable and someone would be working.However, that was not the case for me and I was met with no one working the building besides 1 janitor that didn’t even speak English.If you plan on getting McDonald’s, I would completely avoid this one. I ended up driving to the one on Keystone and even though it is out of my way and the lines are long, it at least has people to make it functional.
