From the point of a traveler: A regular McDonald that a bit looking like run down…
They do not have any thing for self-service. Except for napkins. You have to ask for ketchup, utensils, straws , syrup and restroom passcode … making wonder what is the environment around here is like … The whole vibe here is a bit of dead in the morning.
But the food is consistent.

The absolute worst fast food location that I have ever been too. The drive thru order time was forever and nobody was even in line. Once they finally decided to take my order, I had to correct the guy like 3-4x. Never have I thought any less of anyone’s legal job but how hard is it to follow simple instructions at a fast food restaurant then vernacular was extremely poor. I couldn’t wait to get to the first window to see who this place hired. Then when I finally got the food, they gave me the wrong order so I had to wait even longer just for them to give me the right food. While I waited for my food, I took a sip out of my coke and the coke was disgusting. Once I got a chance to bite into the food, I started to wish I just kept the wrong order because the food I paid for was the worst tasting burger and fries I ever tasted. The hot and spicy tasted spoiled as if it were sitting out in the sun all day. That place and those people need to seriously be investigated.

Went to this McDonalds since its the only one near my house. I got in the drive thru and never got a person to take my order, although the cars in the right lane were getting to order no problem. I finally backed out and went inside. I ordered on the screens they had in there, paid for my order and then waited for about 35 minutes while I watched a bunch of Doordash people in there trying to get their orders. The lady behind the counter kept taking their phones (bad idea) and going into the back to check orders. I finally got my order 35 minutes later, opened the bag and seen half the burgers not even wrapped, and barely put together properly. This is the WORST run McDonalds I have ever been to. I cant believe this kind of place is allowed to stay open. Horrible business here.

No customer service at all. Other McDonald's when you select Dine-in the staff takes the food to your table (not here) Refills here are not free like the other McDonald's. It was cold inside, so the food got cold quickly. Not coming here anymore, I know that they are not to miss my money, but...

Every time I come here either the food is cold and I’ve waited forever or the people suck. Today I was in line for the breakfast. It was a long one, and when I got to the speaker it was 10:32. They said they wouldn’t serve me breakfast even though I was in line for it about 10 min before. I was then stuck in the line all the way out of the drive through. I will not be coming back.
