Purchased $20 worth of food. They wouldn’t give me more than 2 packets of ketchup without charging for more.One of the workers kept filling drinks and placing them in the window but was non verbal and seemed really out of it. He piled up 5 drinks and then stood there for 2-3 minutes staring at the drinks before a manager came and pulled him away.18 minutes to get some burgers and fries and I was the only one in line.

Walked in at 1p trying to grab lunch on my way to work. It was a big mistake. After 10 minutes of waiting, no one came to take orders, let alone even acknowledge the customers waiting to order. A customer has ordered online before arriving, but the app wouldn't allow them to check in, and the employee had a lost look on her face as if she couldn't understand English. I had a Lyft waiting on me, and time ran out, so I had to leave.

I really dislike the atmosphere that McDs is going after. The Coffee Shop color scheme is lame. Where's the playground? Where is Ronald McDonald? Actually, I don't ever see any kids there anymore at all. Do they still sell Happy Meals? Why can't I just walk up to place an order? Why only the kiosk?It's like they lost their identity. It was very upsetting to me. I loved going there as a child and even proudly worked there. It's now so very lame. But still like their fries. And the Shamrock Shakes are good. But half the time, you even get it because they are out of the flavor for it.

I prefer to go inside to order my food. The employees who take orders at the register are rude, not professional, and rude once again:/ They look very sloppy and dirty. What happened with McDonald's? Where are the basic standards? I got overcharged for duble cheese and bacon quaterpound . I compared the price on the Receipt vs the prices they have on the computer board that you can order from. Didn't get any money back, didn't get n explanation or apology as to why the prices don't match ...One of the worst locations in my opinionThe prices are all over the place. You can order 1 item through the app, inside at the register or put the order inside using their computer board and you get 3 different prices. And I'll keep saying how rude and unprofessional the employees are!The food is hit or miss. Sometimes ok, sometimes taste extremely old, cold n dryI don't see not even 1 good legit review on here. How come no one still done anything about it?

I stood in line for almost five minutes and no one came to take our order, I asked in English and Spanish for help but no one responded. We just left, this McDonald's has to be the worst one in town.

The Hispanic lady working this morning is rude as hell and her husband is in the bathroom cleaning and flushing the toilet n she will not allow any customers to use the restroom she has her kids back in the kitchen cooking which is fine except I don't think they even look old enough but yea sorry with a person like that you'll lose business

So I'm door dashing at this location and not waited on for 10 minutes and I'm the only person in the restaurant, the lady behind the counter keeps looking at me I assume she doesn't help me because she knows I'm waiting for a door dash order so I try to ask if I can use the restroom because their locked with codes and she literally tells me know sorry, I don't know what customer service is coming to when you help a company make their money and they can't treat you like you are helping them, instead of treating me like a bum off the street!

Staff seemed to busy to be bothered by taking orders. When I asked a staff member for the code to unlock the bathroom, she replied "no habla ingles." Luckily for me I replied "El baṅo" and she then put went to the door and entered a code. I ended up not even ordering because of the way it seemed to be too much to order from a person. My first job many years ago was at McDonald's and I would have been fired for not being attentive to the customers. This was one of the worst ones I have ever visited.
