Don't go to this one!!!!! Horrible service food was crushed to the point I can't even eat it I'm going to give it to my dog, absolutely disappointed,. disgusting I'm just like it was bald up and I don't know ded but I only had a cheeseburger , McDouble and some little nuggets and small fries. There's no way anything should be crushed. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life and I'm 53 years old. The crew is horrible they're usually rude they don't know anything about customer service apnd grtdf foogg, they don't even care what the food looks like and they don't get the right things in the bag. They don't even say anything like have a good day hi how you doing just no personalities at all you're sitting up there trying to look cute for the boys and the girls are sitting up there not being able to focus on their job this McDonald's should get shut down or new ownership because this is horrible I will never go there again ever!

went here for lunch the past 2 days Worst customer service. waiting time is crazy. hardly anyone comes to register and people waiting on orders have to almost walk into kitchen to get attention of a staff member.

I just had the most delightful experience at McDonald's! The wonderful lady working there was so sweet and genuinely kind—it made my day! Everything about my visit was perfect; they got my order just right, with not a single thing missing! I left with a big smile on my face, feeling so happy!

Went in today around 1:30pm to pick up my mobile order. The older Caucasian lady that first addressed me had poor communication skills and a terrible attitude. She was overwhelmed with 4 fast food orders and was giving everyone unwarranted bad attitude. Luckily, LaRay (??) noticed I needed help and expedited my order when she noticed how long I had been waiting. You guys need more employees like LaRay and not like the angry bigger woman with the nasty attitude.

This McDonalds consistently messes up our order. I suppose we’ve learned our lesson and will drive the extra distance to go somewhere else. This time, they left the cheese off my burger (not a huge deal) and gave us SPICY nuggets when we ordered regular. My son couldn’t even eat them because it was too spicy for him. This wasn’t even the first time they gave us spicy instead of regular. Disappointed again in Stead.

This place is a joke. Always wrong food. Missing food. Broken machines. Today all drinks were broken. My only option was water. So I said no thanks. I'll take no drink. So that is actually 11 cents more. So I asked. I get punished for ALL your drink machine being broken? This place is a joke. Management is a joke. This building is a joke

Dont come here if you expect to be served in under 30 minutes, at least in the drive through.

Edit: I order delivery evety now and then and unfortunatly the delivery has to come from this store. I dont yhink they have ever actually made my order correctly. Do yourself a huge favor and drive the extra time to get your food from literally any other mcdonalds.

Food quality has continued to decrease and prices have continued to increase at McDonald’s.
I haven’t had an English muffin from any McDonald’s over the course of the last year and a half across multiple states that wasn’t stale, and they are getting worse evidenced by the food I ate from there this morning.
Biscuits were way overcooked AND stale.
Sausage was ok, the only redeeming component food item and I think the only thing that hasn’t gone down in quality (flavor, texture, freshness) over time.
Hashbrowns are so bad compared to how good they used to be before COVID.
$20 for food that was old enough and of poor enough quality to be given away or thrown out.
I am shocked but not surprised.
Ugh.

I was able to place an order to pick up in the drive though but when we arrived there was carts blocking the entrance to the drive though and no one came to the door or answered the phone. I was able to cancle my order but we have bad luck at this location frequently, last time we had to go to it the beef wasn't fully cooked. Something always goes wrong at this location.

I gave service this because I was actually returning food from the night before and the manager was really nice replaced it all that I brought in with no problem. Then this...my grandson 3 years old was being stubborn and pouting right inside the door and wouldn't move I was playing the ignore him game that wasn't working but that same manager went over and offered him an ice cream cone or french fries or soda to try and bring him out of his mood and although none of it worked he ended up going home for a nap I thought it was really sweet of her to give it a try!
