This is the worst franchise of McDonald’s seriously. Ordering and the order took so long (at least 25 minutes) and then the price was totally wrong and all our food was wrong too. Genuinely ruined my morning

I ordered a value meal with large fries and then I ordered a side of large fries. One of my fries came mostly full which was adequate. The extra order of large fries which I spend almost $5 for was only at 50% full. I would think almost $5 for just one order of french fries they could at least fill it up. I don't know if this was intentional because they didn't want to make extra fries for other customers or if this was a oversight but I think if you're going to charge that much money for a french fry you should at least give the customer a full box. Managers please talk to your employees and please have an additional person to check for quality control. Thank you.

Drove up to order. Was told that the frozen dairy machine was broken again. Ordered an apple pie and fish sandwich. Ended up with a 3 hour expired strawberry pie and a dry fish sandwich which was just thrown in the box. They couldn't perform any worse if they tried. Never going back.

I deliver food thru a third party vendor. My customer contacted me to let me know his order was missing his pies. The third party then sent me back to the McDonald's and I was told they were out of the pies and the type requested was discontinued. I said it would have better had they said something before completing the order and sending it to the customer. Just got a shrug. We are not allowed to check bags as the delivery driver and my ratings suffered due to this. Please do better.
