I stopped by your location this morning on my way to work. Both Google Maps and the door sign listed your opening time as 6:00 AM, but the store was closed. This was quite inconvenient, as I made a special stop based on the posted hours. Could you please update your online and posted business hours so they accurately reflect when you are open? Thank you.

They make you pay for water
I come here quite often and almost every single time I come here, my order's wrong the service is always so bad. They got an attitude and I ordered a caramel macchiata today. They gave me some type of creamed down iced coffee. My family doesn't even enjoy going it's sad

If zero stars was an option this is what I would rate it. My boyfriend went to this location today approximately at 5:50pm on his lunch break. And the photo that he sent me was not okay, his burger meat was raw and he is now not feeling well. This is ridiculous and a safety hazard. I do not recommend eating anything from this location unless you want to end up sick or in the hospital.

Went there today July 14,2025 @3pm
Ordered 2 big macs( missing onions and pickles, hard buns and meat burnt)
3 $5 dollar meals (mcchicken had hard stale buns, no mayonnaise and no lettuce, mcdouble hard buns and meat was burnt no pickles and no onions)
3 small friend and a large frie, all this in 1 bag.
Called and employees answered acting like they didn't speak English and no manager was there.
Ordered on the mobile app and still waited 10 min at the drive thru window.

Had a mobile order and when we get there there was 10 cars in the Drive-Thru, so I switch it to counter and there was 15 people waiting inside, so I ended up leaving. Turns out only two people were at work that day.

Unbelievable this lady don't how to handle a business. I was waiting for 20 minutes if I didn't say something they never even noticed that I was there ready to place an order. and they were rude about it Wow here is a picture of them
Continuously raising prices yet you are met with a dirty dining room at 8:20 AM which just shows that no one cleaned it overnight or at the very least did a really bad job. Just another example of the enshitification of everything.
I placed a mobile order which was really easy and had a great deal to apply, saving me some money which is always great. The workers who brought my food out were very nice also, and the food was good.

WARNING: ALWAYS **THOROUGHLY CHECK YOUR ORDERS** when you're picking up the drive through/mobile orders.
More than 50% (5 out of 8 times in the past 12 months) of the time thy're missing an item or more when you're ordering multiple items. Even though this has been communicated to them Over The Years for many times, there's simply no behavioral change, the manager's attitude is nonchalant about frequently missing items.
Would not recommend due to reasons above. Their error rate is so high it makes you wonder if they're working while high.
