It's pretty much as usual at McDonalds. It would be nice for the employees to put a couple of napkins in the bag on takeout orders.
I've gone here multiple times now for breakfast, and I every time I get a breakfast sandwich they don't put cheese on it. I specifically asked this morning for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit (which I normally get) and said I want cheese on it!! They still didn't put cheese on either sandwich!!

The woman taking our order at 10:17pm February 15th was not attentive and messed up the order every single item I had to repeat twice she sounded as though she wasn’t all there, on top of that after fixing the order she didn’t read back the order or tell me the finalized total overall a very disappointing experience I was a fast food manager and I would not have allowed this, when I ordered my Oreo shamrock shake she had said “oh your Oreo mint whatever” she sounded over it bad customer. HOWEVER the man handing us the food was kind and checked every item for us he was absolutely wonderful he saved the night for us
My fries were old and limp. I could tell that the grease is dirty from the taste. My hamburger patty wasn't fresh either. It tasted old and dry. You would expect these items to be hot and freshly cooked at 1:12 pm.

Graveyard pick up the slack. Y’all are all adults most definitely and you cannot for the life of you do the basics of your job. Making sure correct orders go out the window, making sure all the items are there, the absolute basics straws and napkins. Quit slacking off!
