If I could leave a zero star review, I would on November 26, 2025 ate McDonaldâs chicken nuggets couple hours later I got severely sick not only that they charge me double they said they couldnât find the first online order which they had it in the back. The app wouldnât leave me confirm the order so I had to re-order still never got a refund for the first order Now Iâm severely in pain From elevated lipase pace level My pancreas is inflamed. Iâm severely sick called corporate here in Reno. They didnât even attempt to call me back because they know they was wrong for what they did to me. Thatâs why they hire anyone there and itâs easy to get a job there cause they donât care what people do and how they cook the food

The ONE thing about Mcdonalds is that they are consistent. I had burnt buns and bone dry patties on 4 cheeseburgers. Chicken in the snack wrap was so overbreaded and dry, hard to eat(even when you're really hungry and tired). Didn't get any napkins, or sauce in the bag. This place and this experience was not consistent, really don't feel like going back here ever.
