During my recent visit, I experienced customer service that fell far below expectations. The employee named Imelda assisting me appeared visibly frustrated and allowed her personal feelings to spill into the interaction. Instead of providing professional service, she expressed her irritation directly to customers, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I understand that everyone has tough days, but customer-facing roles require professionalism and courtesy. This location would benefit from additional training focused on communication, customer interaction, and maintaining a positive environment—even during stressful moments.

I hope management uses this feedback to improve staff support and customer experience moving forward.

Ordered a number 3 got a number 2. In drive through. Have to go back to have them fix it. What An EPIC waist of time. Burger patty was cooked at least 2 hours before done the patty was dry dark brown.

I go to this McDonald's because it's the closest to my apartment, but the service is almost always slow and they almost always give me something I didn't order. Today I just got here and ordered a McCrispy Spicy Deluxe, and instead of spicy chicken, they gave me regular chicken and added a spicy sauce that I didn't ask for. If they don't have a product, they should definitely let you know before you order it! Disgusting.

Ordered #6 and this is what I got no egg and no cheese I am better off ordering the food off DoorDash at least I can get a response to my issue! I also would have received a partial refund due to it! They don’t even answer the phone at this location! So annoyed !!!

I placed an order and sent a screenshot to my brother. They held onto the order for about 30 minutes and didn't want to give it to him. They told me to come and get it. I had to walk five minutes to get there, and they didn't give me the order right away either. They went to consult with the manager. The manager came out with a sneer and handed me the order. I asked what the problem was and why they hadn't given me the order. She mockingly wished me a good day. It was all so disgusting. I didn't eat those burgers, I just threw them away. They ruined my whole mood. Disgusting people!!!

Ordered 20 piece nuggets, and 2 cheese burger meal with a medium shake. They dont give me any napkins or a straw, no dipping sauce for the nuggets and after realized they gave me a small shake instead of medium. French fries were half empty and just dumped in the bag. Tge place was empty too. I know its mcdonald's and really dont have high expectations but this location is terrible.

You can almost go to any McDonald's in the Continental U.S. and the food is exactly the same, but this location has stepped outside the box and sent that description straight down the toilet!! While waiting in the drive thru to order food, our first impression of how things were going to be was having to witness a young man urinating behind the McDonald's without a care in the world. The second act of this McDonald's drive thru drama was the girl taking the order, she had the attention span of a goldfish and literally gave the true vibe of ( it's a Mcjob), and it snowballs from there with the other employees darting around with absolute confusion!. My wife and I got our food and headed back to our motel room, which was only a couple of minutes from this location and when we opened the bag expecting to find hot, or even warm food, we got stone cold inedible garbage and I mean in the most awful description of garbage. Our Big Macs were thrown together by someone who had to be studying abstract art and the chicken 'nuggies', as the young called them, were cold, old, and should have been thrown out long before they got stuffed into the little box!!! The only thing that was correct was the drink and it was only right because there is absolutely zero thinking involved when you only have to push a button. If you get anything that has to do with counting, make sure the person who is fulfilling the order actually knows how to count because two (2) ten piece chicken nuggets should have ten (10) pieces each, not eight (8), or even seven (7), because that's what we got. The training here is substandard, the franchise owner has literally turned their attention to only profit over professionalism and customer service is completely gone!.

I ordered on line my breakfast and took over half an hour to get my order. No sense of urgency from the manager Anna. The food wasn't even hot sitting on the self for long time. Awful service!!

I placed an order (#C9E91) for my kids in the McDonald’s app after a super long work week. It was delivered by Uber Eats missing two McFlurries and the McDouble was ordered without onions but had them all over it. The rest of the order was totally cold. I had to throw it away. Using the customer service chat was worthless because they won’t redeliver. Calling the store was also pointless. No one answered the first two times I called. Then when they picked up they said I would need to bring ALL of our order to the store for them to “check it.” I wasn’t about take my kids happy meals away from them and load them up into my car and drive to the store when the whole point of getting food delivered was so I could just feed them quickly. Incredibly rude customer service and horrible app. The manager was super rude. Never again. What a waste of money.
