We ordered at the kiosk. We both had the McRib. although the lobby looked quite clean and employee came out and swept up and made sure everything looked good. Restrooms were recently cleaned. The guy who brought over our food was very friendly and asked if we had everything we needed. The McRibs were doused in that delicious BBQ sauce. Such a mess, but so yummy. We visited a month ago.

The kiosks Have a ridiculous amount of extra steps. Once you figured out your order, it must be five more steps. The hired help finally has to come out of the back to help about every third or fourth person.

So disorganized! We waited half an hour for two hamburgers. It seems like drive thru gets priority. They were obviously understaffed and the woman at the front was working her ass off to keep up. The trash bins were overflowing and no one was available to keep the tables clean. We were going to dine in, but after waiting decided to take out.

Friday night crew is a COMPLETE embarrassment. Door and drive thru locked/ blocked off at 9:30pm. I was one of 3 at the front door trying to figure out how to get food that was already paid for. Do better. At least honor the hours posted… won’t be back until that’s figured out.

They denied refill even water. They don't want to give mario kart toys. And they have different caracters they give us the same girls toy for two boys. And when I ask to switchem they give me three luigi's lnstead of giving me different ones.

Went in for a cheeseburger combo and got this… a McChicken with all the fixings… brown lettuce tomatoes cheese pickles and a slab of chicken ??♀️ You guys are absolutely terrible.

The drive-thru was slower than molasses coming out of a jar. I waited 20 minutes in a drive-through to order my food and when I received my food it was COLD! This McDonald's is a JOKE and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone or ever go back there.
