It was quiet inside the restaurant when we got there so much so that I thought they were closed. But no I tried the door and to my surprise they were open. The woman who rang up my order was pleasant and friendly with a smile.

So initially I wanted to put a 3 only for 2 reasons, more than half the time some of my food will be missing and I order for more than just myself so can't have that lol also if I ask for no ice they usually put ice and I will have to ask for a new one, my teeth have all kinds of metal fillings and normal fillings so things that are to hot or to cold hurt my teeth so bad, like sharp pain through my entire jaw/face/neck, i also am super grossed out by commercial ice machines but regardless I am putting a 4 only because the staff has excellent customer service and never gives me hassle which is cool. I don't go there alot but I do have the app for when I go so I get points l, redeem stuff and get good deals. But out of all the 3 McDonald's I've been to in reno this is my favorite one because the staff is cool about everything.

Well, ordered separately from friends, their food was almost gone, and mine wasn't even there yet. Went to check on mine, and they told me they were working on it. Burger not done, fries sitting on the tray cooling off, and the same guy sits there petting my fry box while he and I both wait for the burger. Why guy?

Hate it here the food isnt made right, the manager and employees are so rude especially to someone close to me who works there, their service is so slow and they always yell at people.
