I placed an order through the mobile app. I gave them the code, they said move to the second window, but when I got there they said they had no record of the order. They said the amount (about $35), would go back into my account, but it never did. I spoke with a lead, manager, and they all said the store manager wouldn’t refund it. I called corporate, they said they’d fix it, but no one has. It’s been over a month and I decided to dispute with my bank because it’s easier. I would give them zero stars if I could, but I recommend everyone stay as far away from this location if possible.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. There are literally pictures on how to make them, you dont even need to know how to read. With that said the fact that this even made it out the door is insulting to the customers.

The bigger girl working the register charged me twice at the drive through, the manager came and was rude about it. I hate being a Karen about it but being charged twice for one order is ridiculous. Food was cold, don’t recommend this location compared to others nearby.

Gross. Cold and RAW. But it is McDonald's so my expectations are low anyway. Just needed a quick bite. Manager said they can't give a refund unless I come back with the raw burger (already threw it away) and my receipt. I offered photos of both and they denied. Horrible customer service
