This was the most disappointing lunch I have had at McDonalds maybe ever! I had like 10 minutes to grab food. This McDonald's is right down the street. Made my order, drove up to the window and paid, and was asked to pulled forward and wait for food when I got to the second window. There were already 2 other cars waiting in front of me. No more room to wait without driving out onto the street. I pulled up as far as I can and was honked at and yelled at by the car behind me. I literally had no where to go. I received my meal and the soda was devoid of flavor, there was no syrup in the carbonated water. Didn't figure that out until I was back at work, because at this point I was running late. Ended up just throwing it away. The fries were fine, though the container was barely filled. I was given the WRONG chicken sandwich. Mine should have had lettuce, tomato, mayo. But nope, just a burnt piece of chicken between two soggy buns, no condiments at all, and 2 very sad pickles. I get it, it's fast food, this shouldn't be high end or perfect. BUT, it should be edible, which this barely was. Will find a different drive-thru next time I am in a hurry.

Ordered a drink that ended up being soda water and had to park and wait for a replacement. Also had to wait about 20mins just for 2 sausage mcmuffins and 3 hashbrowns. When they did show up with the food the guy had 4 bags which means they waited to make one trip only. So my food just sat there losing temp.

My breakfast sandwich was made wrong yesterday and when I came in today to have it made right I also got a hash brown and pie! The manager Jocelyn is great and very professional.

Very disappointing, came on Thursday around 6:30 pm and the playground was close, they said because corporate was coming the next day, I asked at somebody else and this lady said it was ok to for the kids to play but not to take any food to the playground ( understandable ) but they had the lights off in the playground and my 3 year old was scare. I don’t understand why make such a big deal because corporate was coming ! They have to see reality not the show they were putting for them, we the customers are the one paying their check for everybody in McDonald’s!!!

Best McDonald's around. They have a play house. And sonia goes above and beyond to help me order when I had my 2 boys and she was very busy. She handle me very fast and kind as can be. Give her a raise.

The order was messed up which was affected by poor service and all of this combined made the atmosphere unbearable. Ordered a double quarter pounder and they accidentally gave me one with bacon. Handed it back to them for a refund. Minutes later I realized that from the bills they refunded me, a $5 bill was not only torn down the middle but a large portion of it was just missing. Like a solid 10% of the paper of the entire bill was missing. Went back into the restaurant to exchange it for a good bill, and get this, the store manager argues with me that the bill is still acceptable by the bank. Like really? It's bad enough you messed up my order and now you're arguing? Even if the bill is still acceptable as legal tender, it still won't be accepted at any ATM. They have really bad management at this location.

Had to rush to grab dinner on my “lunch break” for two on a short time period. Was told what the meal was when handed my bag and charged for the amount and the meal was completely wrong.

The Customer is supposed to have the right to choose whether they want to use the kiosk or cashier counter, but here the choice was removed, and we weren't allowed to choose. The Customer is always right, and when we pointed this out, the poor cashier said her manager said to ring it up on the kiosk for us. So I guess customer is only right if they some place that thinks of the customers wishes first instead of forcing the digital kiosk on you. And while we were there we were not the only customers having an issue about having the kiosk forced upon them rather than dealing with a human being...☹️
