This by far is the worst McDonald's. I've ever been to in my life. The big Mac was thrown together to where the cheese was actually on top of it, rather than inside it. They had put so much extra sauce on it that it was disgusting. I ordered a Eminem mcflurry and I just get hmm, a cup full of Ice cream, no Eminem's no flurried. I asked for an ice water and they give me a hard time saying Hey, you didn't pay for it while I ordered it and they still wouldn't give it to me because I was at the second window and they don't take money at that window. I suggest, if you at all ever want mcdonald's, go 21 of the other thousand mcdonalds that are in reno, just not this one

So you can't even place your order with a person anymore. You have to go to a computer board, which is basically just your oversized cell phone. Once you've placed your order, you can't even go to the restroom to wash your hands without a secret code

God forbid you order a Big Mac, fish sandwich, or 2 plain cheeseburgers. It doesn't make any difference if you use their handy dandy app or order at the spot your most likely going to be pulling through only to be told there is a wait and to pull around to the other side of the building and park in stall #2. This involves pulling back into Kietzke into oncoming lanes to do so. I have had this experience on numerous occasions until my last straw occasion yesterday. This is a piss poor excuse for a McDonald's. The Hamburgerler wouldn't even eat here.

Food was not as ordered even though it was confirmed 3 times. Then when we had to go inside to get the order fixed had to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged.... There were at least 2 customers ahead of us that were in for the same reason.... It was great how fast they were swapping the egg from other sandwiches to fix the problem!!!!
