This mcdonlad is not so great they were out of everything or and etc and we went threw drive threw and checked are order before we left and half order was missing go back and tell then, so if u ever go threw drive threw check ur order before leaving and the one order was horrible at it like when are order he didn't understand I do understand but if a hard time at the drive with customer have them pull forward and due the order went missing item looked as we were stupid so receipt plus she looked we cane missing items so when ever going threw this drive threw check ur items, there no sorry we screwed up or anything so if could 0 stars I would and try find a new mcdonlad little further because sucks there drive threw

We ordered our food. The self order was broken, so we waited forever for someone to assist us. We had stuff on our app for free, which is why we ordered i a certain way. The lady combined our order to save us 40 cents but not get our free stuff that amounted to more than that. When we asked about it, they just said there was nothing they could do. I guess customer service means nothing. I know my local usually comps the food or drinks they mess up on. I would not recommend this mcdonalds to anyone ever.

No care for customers if their own app fails they want you to wait in line until it gives them your order regardless if the requested order was made a hour ago, sloppy non communicative slow food be prepared to wait in line food don't trust their app food. 1 star too many issues I've gone back multiple times cause it's the closest one to me I'm gonna drive a few miles out of my way to avoid this disaster

So i ordered an m&m mcflurry, and it also had oreos. I'm not trying sound Karen like. It's just I had a hard day and was trying to cheer myself up. I'm allergic to wheat and the oreo makes it to where I can't eat it now. When I asked about it in the drive thru, the reaction was "it is what it is" Do better, allergies should be respected.

Customer service sucks I just got off work and had my service dog with me all I wanted to do was eat. A homeless guy was talking to me and the next thing I know security runs up and kicked me out this place should be ashamed of them selves

Now every once in a while and every now and then I come here at McDonald's and when I come here I don't just chill here I buy something from them usually I spend 10 or $20 on food and frankly I never had a problem with me. Now today this happened right before it almost turned 8:00 p.m. for the first time ever I had a security started looking where I was sitting at as if the security was just scoping me out and for the first time ever I had a security just started profile in or assuming that I was one of these homeless people out here which first off I'm not homeless second of all I have a place to stay and third I don't give a damn if none of these workers don't like them that's fine. But when it comes to one of these workers for the security started assuming what I was doing wrong even though I call it falsely accused him I'm not okay with this. I mean cuz I really didn't have to do that kind of problem. And I don't even know why it's either either of these workers I'm not very so sure if it's those people that work at the McDonald's or the security just assuming that I'm just chilling inside of the McDonald's and now. Getting profiled and I noticed that either it's one of these at McDonald's employers or the security just beginning to discriminate me which that doesn't really matter to me at all it seems like this.

Unfortunately, workers at any fast food place goes so fast. The workers don't stop and take the time to read the order. They give you things you didn't order and expect you to pay and go away.
Dietary restrictions: None they will get upset or will scoop off whipped cream even if you're highly allergic.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly people are cussing and fighting sometimes

The French fries weren't fresh. Everything else was ok. The service was fine. The main problem is the camp outside. They come into the store and take up the bathrooms for long periods of time. I understand the situation, but it affects the people who want to eat inside.
Every now and then I get a hankering for the two McDoubles. I know it's totally bad. RFK Jr. Weeps. But if I find it for under 5 Somalis and the staff will load it up with tons of pickles (muy mucho puccinos) These standards have to be met or no way no 🤔 This McDz meets those standards 🥴🎉
