100% Hands down the best Pastrami Sandwiches in Reno. They are so good you want to take one to go. Everything tastes homemade and prepared professionally. The staff is always so friendly. If you have not been to this place, I would stop what you’re doing and head there.

Congratulations guys, you nailed it,the smallest, over priced sandwich in midtown, was it what i ordered,or do you always serve Togo orders this small, never again will I go here, this isn't even portion size for a child, you should be ashamed of yourself for this, remember word of mouth is the best or worst advertisement you can get, guess which way I'm leaning towards.this is so wrong on so many levels, you really do suck,i hope the worst for your business

This place was AMAZING. Only complaint was that there were too many options so it was so hard to decide. Went with Chicken Caesar & Chef salds, California melt & Michael's sandwiches. Everything was so good but the California melt really stood out.

I LOVE this place. You walk in and there are 3 friendly people ready to take your order. The food is consistently great, menu is versatile, and the prices are affordable. And it’s clean! So sad it took me a decade of living in Reno to try this place! Special shout out to the breakfast burritos- my absolute favorite.

The food is awesome.
Fresh everything, great cheese, great bread, great condiments.

But your take-out menu is extremely deceptive.
Nowhere does it say in the “extras” area for sandwiches that they are extra money.
It says extras like “these are ingredients we have that we can add that are not in the normal recipes for sandwiches”.
I have never been to or ordered from your place before and I was ordering through someone else at the office where I work, and it was also not obvious to them even when they were checking out that “extras” meant extra money, so it was a surprise extra $7 for me which was really shocking and unsettling.

The food is worth it. It’s really good. But you really need to make it clear on your menu what things cost, and that they do actually cost extra and are not included in the cost of the sandwiches, which is how most places roll these days so it’s easy to not know.

So frustrating.

This place was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I got the spicy chicken melt. My son got the turkey sandwich. I received much more food for the same price as larger sandwich shops in the area. I'll be bringing people here and getting food from here for my crew in the near future.

Michael's is just down the street from me and is now my go to place for delivery. Great sandwiches prepared with fresh flavorful piled high slices. Casual setting, young, friendly staff. Game, Set, Match!

Ordered one to dine in and ordered another to go. Great move.

Really enjoyed this place. Parking could be tricky. I had the Dave's Panini. It was really the best sandwich I've ever had at a restaurant and brought me to the startling realization that I've never been to a sandwich shop that wasn't a chain. My son also loved his sandwich. Will be back!

I very recently ordered a spicy chicken club with balsamic vinegar, as anyone would know too much vinegar can be inedible. The worker who made my sandwich drenched the bread in balsamic vinegar and it was so inedible and overwhelming with vinegar. My first bite made be cough and vomit. I love this place the service is awesome, the last sandwich I got was so good but to go to this was shocking

Good prices for decent sammies.
Theres is a large cooler with lots of drink options if you dont want a fountain drink. They have a large selection of chips to choose from as well. The salads are good and hearty. I was a little disappointed in the chicken gyro but the crew i was with all loved their sammies and salads.
