Everything was AWESOME, but the only I knock them down on is ors not clear where to order. We were under the order sign and the guy behind the counter over looked us and went to 2 others that were in the pay line so that was annoyingParking: You just have to find a spot near by and walk a little but I have a broken foot with a cane and it sucked

Came here for breakfast and was very impressed by their bacon breakfast burrito. All the ingredients were very fresh and tasted great. The staff were very efficient and polite.If you're looking for good food at a very reasonable price with fast service this is the place. Also the coffee was fresh and not bad at all. Looking forward to visiting again on my next trip to Reno.

Heard lots of good things so decided to finally try it. I got an Italian on Dutch crunch. While the fillings were fine, the bread was inedible. It was super old and fell apart. Seemed like it was old and pre frozen. Extremely disappointed and probably won't be returning.

Michael's Deli has been my favorite local deli to eat at. My two favorite items would have to be the chicken panini and their chicken apple salad with their homemade raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Amazing delicious sandwiches!! We researched quite a few sandwich restaurants as we are from out of town. We chose this deli. It was a excellent choice. Tons of sandwich choices. Highly recommended.

Usually this place is very good. I've been going here for years for lunch with my coworkers. But TODAY, I would have to say I'm very unsatisfied with my service. I ordered a B.Y.O sandwich and they gave me the hot pastrami & corned beef triple decker. I went back to correct my order and I proceeded to get another sandwich I didn't order! Even after speaking to the guy who was making the sandwiches. At this point, I didn't want to go back AGAIN since it was such a big deal the FIRST two times. So I just ate half and called it a day. Soooooooo... my advice is: "if you're ordering to-go, make sure to checc your sandwiches first!"

DON'T BOTHER WITH THE "GOURMET THAI SALAD." The last word I'd ever use associated with this salad is 'gourmet.' Described to have "Mixed Greens, Napa Cabbage, Red Peppers, Rice Noodles, Sliced Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Chow Mein Noodles, and a Spicy Thai Dressing." No Napa cabbage and no rice noodles. Beef was just slices of so-so deli meat. Couldn't have been more than a tablespoon of sliced almonds. Salad dressing wasn't even that good. Verrry disappointing.

Damn Good Reuben! I like Reubens but it seems that many restaurants put their own little twists on this classic.Michael's served up a great sandwich brimming over with pastrami, cheese and tangy sauerkraut.
