The server didn’t know the food well at all.
He told us the half guacamole appetizer was big, he knew when he brought it out how wrong he was, it was like half an avocado. For $1.50 more, you can get the large which was a good size and presentation was very nice in a crispy flour shell. It was the worst guac I’ve ever had.
It tasted like avocado with some tomatoes in it. That’s it. I really couldn’t taste any salt or lime or garlic or jalapeño all. I had to ask for salt and pepper and lime, I added a whole lime and it still needed more.
Food was so bland and boring. The recommendations were not good, the servers need more education on the menu. Steak fajitas were sub par. Where’s the seasoning? Where’s the spice? Where’s the flavor? Where’s the acid balance of lime?
Why the hell did I get a ramekin of shredded cheese with my fajitas?
There’s no cheese in fajitas!
Maybe some Cotija if you want but not shredded cheese blend. The refried beans were amazing, the presentation of the guac and sour cream in the shells were nice and creative. Season your food, stop making things that are for old white people who complain. Make real amazing food and just warn people on the menu that it might be spicy. Karen will know to stay away from them and order the taquitos and chimichanga. I see you have Al pastor and lengua, but I was scared to order it because everything seemed so whitewashed. Al pastor is life! If yours is good, make some mains with it and put it front and center on your menu.

Staff had attitudes when seating us. We enjoy people who smile and talk and communicate with you. We had none of this during our time there. We were dancing at our table to the music, having fun and we were being watched like we had done something wrong. As we were leaving one of the staff members said, a rude comment about some people are rude.
Customers should not feel like they are having to rush or are not wanted in the restaurant.

Terrible customer service by the hostess Stephanie. Did the “Hi” no eye contact when we came in and we asked to sit somewhere other than by the kitchen for more quiet and she was super rude.

Always great food. Love the chimichanga, enchiladas, and feel of environment inside.
I liked my choice, which was Fajitas, but my husband didn't like his choice. I don't remember what is the name. We really like quiet atmosphere with no loud music and especially our water whose name was Markus

Came with a massive party of 21, the staff were great! Enjoyed my first ever margarita, on a hot day - it was exquisite and cooled me right down. Chimichanga was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Never going back. Went to eat my fajita leftovers and found 5 HAIRS in it. How does one manage to get that much hair in one dish, and how much did I eat while there?! I am disgusted. There are 3 other complaints of hair in food, so you better check if you go there. I have been here several times. Food is hit or miss.

We went for lunch. Immediately found hair in our food. When I started looking at the servers I realized none of them have their hair up properly. The host still had bed head. I couldn't enjoy anything after that because it made me start questioning their sanitary practices. Do they even wash their hands frequently if the management doesn't care to have the staff have their hair combed and tied up. I was disgusted.
