If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will give them that the food was decent. However, I've never felt so discriminated against before at a restaurant! No hello from our server, nothing kind throughout our entire time there. However, she was friendly to the Caucasian family that was next to us. Not one person asked how everything was, even the cashier. Had to flag our server down even for a drink refill. Would not recommend this place, they don't care about all of their customers.

We stayed at the Silver Legacy and decided to try Millie's again. The last time we ate here, I was with a large group and the food was not good, but the service was decent. I was disappointed this visit. Our server was inattentive and only showed up to take our order and give us our food, we had to get our own silverware and he was ghost, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Food took about 20 minutes and it was not good again. I got the chicken fried steak with biscuit and gravy with two eggs any way and I kind of regret getting it. It was bland, I added a whole bunch of pepper to season it, and later had to dump a whole lot of hot sauce on it to eat more of it (I was starving and would eat cardboard at that moment). The eggs were good, but the chicken fried steak made me kept examining it - it was spongy, like it was left in the freezer for too long and then fried. I only ate a few bites of the biscuit underneath, but it was not baked through, so I left it on the plate. It was not worth the price.

I have been going to Millie's since 2003 when it was Tivoli's. What has kept me coming back all these years? Simple: they have the best, and I mean the BEST, Country Fried Steak in town. I've tried it everywhere and no one comes close. Not the chain restaurants, and not even local.This is comfort food that makes you forget about the hard week you've been having. Generous portions and absolutely delectable.It is very disappointing that you can only get this meal for breakfast. This is a comfort food that should be available for dinner (just like it used to) as well as the Schnitzel. It is absolutely amazing and I've missed it so much since they have changed the menu to Breakfast and Lunch only. I do hope it changes back to its former glory. Mashed potatoes with Country Fried Steak and veggies... my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We go to Reno often during winter season for snowboarding. The Italian food items in the menu wasn't that good so I'd not even try to order any. They do have an awesome breakfast menu. Was so yummy. The decor of the restaurant was pretty a diff theme in each part of the restaurant. We will definitely head there again for breakfast. My husband ordered from the lunch menu and me and the boys ordered breakfast.

"Pomp and Incompetence"Extremely poor service accompanied by a lack of awareness. My family and I (a party of 6) sat and watched as those seated 15 MINUTES AFTER us were served FIRST. We decided to stand up and leave. The management is highly incompetent and does not know where to seat guests nor to prioritize seating. We attempted to alert the manager at the time and she simply WALKED AWAY. I have no words to describe my frustration, disappointment, and utter shock. With a complete lack of service and food, the only thing this sad sack has going for it is the atmosphere which coddles you with a gross feeling of being lower class and wanting to be in the upper echelon. The air is filled with a gross scent of disparity, desperation and general disgust. I can NOT recommend this establishment and in fact advise against attending it.0.5/10 will NOT recommend.Kid-friendliness: Offers 3 menu options for children and NOTHING ELSE.

We ordered room service at 9:20 am and got a confirmation at 9:22 am our order was received. An hour later we get a second confirmation our order was just received… Didn’t get our meal until 11:25 am and it wasn’t even luke warm.At this point we were pissed because they didn’t inform us it would take over two hours to get our food, let alone that it would be cold.When we returned the meal they didn’t refund the $15 delivery fee and the lady copped an attitude with us when I was complaining.We will never return here and we will tell our friends and family to stay away.If the lady had not been snarky we may have given this place a second chance but I don’t appreciate an employee giving my wife and I attitude when the restaurant made the mistake.We will also be filing a complaint with the El Dorado hotel about this horrible service.
I have the most angelic culinary experience at Millie's - the fffking pancakes taste like heaven. omfg- I shared them with my gf and she agreed - there's nothing like the sweet taste of Millie's cakes -

I split a burger with my girlfriend and it was delicious. Everyone who is working, there was making sure we were taken care of. It was a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely go back again for breakfast.

Service is nice. but order an egg Omelet for the road. A black broken plastic size of the thumb long in the mushrooms omelet is crazy. Good that it isn't food for my kids. How can the cook miss that. Place is outdated but still nice
