The quality and consistency of the Raman has really gone downhill. My wife ordered black garlic Raman and I ordered Spicy Korean. We have ordered these same dishes several times. This time it was only warm. They left out the black garlic oil, the bean sprouts, egg and green onions. They did bring out the bean sprouts, green onions and egg. When we asked for the oil, they brought it out but then charged us extra. Really disappointed. Been going there for 10 plus years. Won’t be going back.

I love this restaurant I love the ramen but as for the service here, they could really work on their customer service. Sadly the one waiter I love didn’t work today. I came in to eat with my mom and sister, out of my table I was the only one to get all you can eat, I ordered multiple nigiri and like three rolls, I was brought out my rolls but not my nigiri, when I asked for my nigiri the waiter denied them because the chef wanted me to completely finish my rolls mind you I only had 6 pieces left. I found it very rude I was being monitored while eating,my mom and sister felt uncomfortable because they caught the workers just staring at our table. All you can eat is ALL you can eat and tbh I can eat a lot so to have someone els dictate my meal I didn’t like that at all. I know some people over order I definitely understand but you don’t treat guest like that and you definitely don’t stare down their table the whole time they’re trying to enjoy their lunch.

Our food service was not very good. We had a party of 10, and I think our server was very overwhelmed. My ramen was given to a different person, and I had to wait for my ramen for a good 20 minutes. Sushi rolls were missed, and an appetizer of miso soup had no tufu in it twice. By that time, everyone was almost done eating. I was ready to pretty much pay the bill and leave. We have always had really good service before. We like coming here because we like the ramen and others like the sushi. I don't really blame our server, but our experience was pretty bad with my dad coming in out of town too

I coming here a lot ..The quality .... DoWN !!!! I been here 1 month ago and today NO EGGS in the Ramen ... i mean c mon... i give you money for eggs!! Because this sad .. you offer Ramen bowl but NO EGGS NO CORN NO FISH CAKE ... c 'mon ... dont be cheap s...it ... Your restaurant went down a LOT!!! by the way ( i know only $13 a bowl of Ramen ) but i eat noodles with cabbage and broth... Your employees good worker ! Let me know if you need some money for Eggs,corn or fishcake ......
