Thr pizza is so good, but this location has the worst customer service, the people look like they hate working. The past 3 times, the same stone faces and no greetings makes the customers feel bad for even ordering.

Normally a 5 star place. One of our favorite places to go. But whoever was the manager or at least bullying everyone around her like she thought she was the manager on 1/31 at 4:30, needs help. Ordered a pizza that normally has two cheeses but asked to just do a little extra of one cheese instead of two....nothing crazy. The staff there were happy and friendly and put an extra handful of cheese on. This lady coming huffing out, doesnt do anything to help those around her, goes directly to my pizza on the counter and picks the extra cheese back off and throws it in the garbage. Super weird thing to do. Generally rude and unhappy the rest of the exchange. Her team around her immediately dampened and drooped when she came out of the back room.

i came in with my family on christmas eve. a man served us at the start and was very rude and impatient with us, giving us attitude and whatnot when i told him he made our pizza wrong from one of the specialty pizzas. he completely ignored me then got very rude. there was a girl with piercings and a bandana who was very kind and respectful, she took her time with us and it was greatly appreciated.
the food was good, i enjoyed their mega thick crust. there was another man and another woman there and they were very nice with us.
overall, it was a very nice experience and i recomend going to mod if that guy isn't there
Super yummy, quickly custom made oven baked pizza! We ordered a variety of pizzas with all different toppings and all were delicious. Really professional and friendly staff.

I love being able to go in and design my own pizza. That being said, I had to ask for additional ingredients as they seem to kind of skimp on what was placed on the pizza.
