Great food with great macros. I wish I would have known about this place a long time ago! Being a bariatric patient I’m beyond ecstatic that I can have donuts now. Mother of macros is definitely my new favorite place and I just ordered a meal prep bundle. Can’t wait!

Mother of macros is the best meal prep around as you know the food is fresh as they spend the week prepping and cooking the meals to be able to get out the door on Thursday or Friday ( for local delivery). They also have an awesome little cafe that you can go order breakfast or lunch items. To make it even better they have their clean cheats donuts as well as some premade meals for purchase in their fridge/freezer that you can pick out. I must say I love the clean cheats donuts especially the cinnamon streusel donut holes. The turkey jalepeno burger patties are good and so is the bbq pulled pork meal. They do change their menu up on a weekly basis and even have some meals for kids. If you've ever wanted to try meal prep food service this is a great local business to try. Yes you do need a $60 minimum for local delivery but well worth supporting local.

The Staff was very friendly, the pre-packaged meals and clean cheatz go fast but are extremely delicious. I have a very picky gut after having a gastric sleeve and the food never upsets it. The fresh made to order food is also amazing and I look forward to trying everything on the menu. The Mr. Explosion I got was extremely large and extremely delicious

YUM! FINALLY, better-for-you treats in Reno/Sparks! I thought it was too good to be true; it isn't! I didn't even realize how wonderful this place was until my daughter ordered delivery! I am gluten free and try to stay low carb and their donuts are SO DELICIOUS and low cal! I also tried a burrito bowl which was great, not low carb, but there are GF options on the menu and their shrimp are out of this world! We will be ordering on the regular from this place.

I just finished a week of MOM meals and I am so impressed! I love that the menu changes weekly- no getting tired of things, and I can have a different dish for lunch every day of the week! I love that the meals are all super similar in nutritional profile so it takes out the work of figuring out if meals are in my macros. I love the convenience- yeah I can meal prep but why, when someone else can do it for me, figure out the nutrition, and deliver the whole thing to my house? But how is the food, you ask? Oh my god. I was floored at how good these meals are. You don't feel like you're eating diet food. Some of these meals actually feel like a cheat day/comfort food. The doughnuts are absolutely delicious! I've used another meal prep company in the area, and while the food was pretty good, it wasn't excellent like these meals. And they lacked the variety, especially when I was trying to be careful with my macros. I can have literally any entree on the MOM menu and be in my macros. LOVE that!

My new favorite meal prep place. I was burnt out on meal prepping every week, so I did a little research and found Mother of Macros. They put their own unique twist on healthy food, which I absolutely love. Highly recommended if you're looking for an alternative to meal prepping yourself.

Delicious meal prep meals and great portion sizes. They now have \\\"Beast Mode\\\" which are larger portions for those needing those extra calories! The Clean Cheatz donuts and cookies are absolutely amazing. Also, try the drive up Cafe and get yourself some FRESH made breakfast, lunch, and some donuts or cookies for desert! I cannot express how happy I have been with all my purchases here. Staff is super friendly, responsive, and if there's a problem, they smash it head-on.
Meal prep services can get a little pricey, and MOM isn't any exception to that. But they do offer bundle deals and if you subscribe to a membership you get a little price break there as well. But these meals are filling, fresh, and honestly so convenient. The heating instructions and ingredients are all clearly labeled with your macros for each meal and they make guilt free eating a little bit easier. Plus their sweet treats don't even taste like they could be "healthy". I love that they come out with a new and creative menu every week and their delivery service is so efficient and communicative. That's what has kept me ordering a few meals every week to keep in my freezer and eat at my convenience. It makes it so easy to just grab and go when I'm in a rush. There have been a few iffy menu items that didn't hold up tot he freezing and reheating as well as others, but I'd say 90% of the meals I've gotten I have thoroughly enjoyed. I do wish that there were some more dairy free options though, but overall I think MOM does it right!

Best Carne Asada Burrito I have ever had. There's literally an explosion of flavor in every bite. And they don't skimp you on your fillings, either. This burrito is full of the freshest ingredients. Not only are their staff so friendly and helpful, all the food is delicious. And don't get me started on those Clean Cheatz Donuts. SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! You won't want to eat any other kind of donut again. Finally something healthy AND tasty to enjoy.

Item: Carne Asada Burrito made MEGA-Marcotastic This burrito might have been the best burrito I have had in a long time. The flavor was pretty explosive from start to finish. The meat was extremely tender, with a citrus punch either by marination or the lime rice , just amazing. The beans, pico, and guacamole was perfectly portioned and placed that you always had flavors to enjoy. The size was also pretty hefty for anyone to feel they got their monies worth. I look forward to my many visits to come.

Oh my gosh - I love this place! I started with the donuts which are a little pricey but high quality and make for a great treat! Cheaper (and less calories) than something you'd get at a coffee shop! Then I caved and purchased meals - and never regretted it! I don't order every week - but I order on weeks I know that I'm not going to be able to maintain a nutritious diet. What I love about these meals is they taste as good fresh as they do after being frozen. They are filling and far more nutritious than your average frozen meal that you would buy at the store. Again you're looking at $9-$12 per meal - but you would spend that going out to eat and probably not get the same quality or nutrition. You do need to order in advance and orders over $75 get free shipping! My absolute favorites are the Mac Daddy (praise be - it is a signature item now) and the Buffalo chicken rice bowl (heavy rotation but not every week). I also love the Cookie Monster doughnuts and the Dirty ol' chocolate/butterfinger donuts. I am also a huge fan of the MOM Cafe! I love that on weeks I don't need to order a ton of meals I can just pick up one that day, and of course, donuts! They are following all COVID guidelines but they're also actively making changes to be the best they can be! They've been reducing their carbon footprint and are moving closer to being as sustainable as they can be. I just cannot recommend this place enough!

I've quickly become obsessed with Mother of Macros! I've been counting Macros for a long time, while it's a great way to stay healthy, it's a pain in the booty to eat healthy and eat tasty! Especially a quick on the go meal! ENTER MOTHET OF MACROS! You can order a combo pack of weekly meals, or pick and choose al-a-cart(I've seen that they do bulk ordering too, but i haven tried it yet!)! Everything is bursting with flavor! Packed with protein! And filled with fiber! My favorites are the Mac and cheese, and the bowls!(there are a few different, and all amazing, I've heard storied of their cheeseburger bowl, but it hasn't hit the menu since I've been going to try it!!). Oh ya, and the donuts!! (They were the first thing I was introduced to... and still my go to!!) If you are striving to be healthier, or want an easy good meal to take to lunch... this is your place!! And treat your self to a donut!! It's worth it!!
