Great place! Loved the food, came out within a decent time and there was games for my kid to play with while we waited! It is a bit pricey but worth it!

Ordered a pizza and a salad tonight from Mtn Mike's. Go to pick it up and they tell us we have no order. My husband has me give him the order and transaction number but no thats not enough and now they want proof of the receipt and want to tell me a bunch of excuses as to why it did not go through. My husband walked out with nothing. These were incompetent and have no idea how to do their job. Extremely poor service and we NEVER will be back. The owner or someone from corporate needs to address this!

Family, well kidos, happy meal time. I’m just there for the pizza. Kids can do there thing. And yes they loved & eat pizza. And salad. Everyone had a great dinner and are main food was pizzas! Will do it again next week with a different family with other needs! But we love the pizza & salad bar👍

What a Awesome pizza they make 😍 My favorite the Everest is amazing. Also Pikes Peak has a ton of meat on it! All of their pizza is high quality and their largest feeds 4 no problem. Not cheap but to me worth the price. First responders get a discount 😉 Can't wait to try them all!

Dropped in from California. I was going to hit the In n Out, but I chose to have lunch at Mountain Mike's. I wasn't disappointed. Cool spot to have lunch. Tasty pizza. Clean establishment. Definitely will be back the next time I am in Reno.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place has the absolute WORST customer service. We ordered $80 worth of pizza & wings at 5:20pm tonight, with a delivery time of 6:08pm. We only live 10 minutes away from the store. We called at 6:20pm to check the status of delivery, as it had still not arrived. They told us the driver left 40 minutes prior to that call and should arrive any minute. We called again at 6:35pm when it still had not arrived and asked to speak to the manager. My husband didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was rude and argued with him for several minutes when he expressed upset that our pizza was riding around in the delivery car for almost an hour at that point, and more importantly was already 30 minutes later than was promised. He asked what she could do to make it right and she said NOTHING, as in, she didn’t even respond to his question. He asked again and she said there was nothing she was willing to do and that she can’t control the “traffic”. Her ONLY concern was asking who told us the driver had left 40 minutes prior when we called the first time. I wouldn’t be surprised if she told him to conceal that information from customers in the future. Our pizza finally arrived at 6:45pm. Everything was lukewarm and based on the terrible quality, had clearly been sitting in a box for well over an hour. Spend your money elsewhere!

2 hours for delivery when the estimated time was 45-55 minutes for 1 pizza, wings, and soda isnt the worst part, once the food arrived it was cold. If I wanted a frozen pizza I wouldve went to Papa Murphys..
