I love a good latte and I have driven by this place so many times. Kinda located in the back area off Virginia St. One day I decided to give it a try. When I drove up I notice how big the menu was and not just for coffee but snacks as well, I decided on a cherry blossom with oat milk. The woman who was working the drive thru was also the owner and was super nice. I also noticed how many snack choices she had as well, even had vegan cookies.My latte tasted so delicious and enjoyed chatting with the owner too. If you are looking for a coffee house to sit inside then this is not the place. It is a drive thru only so stay in your jammies if you want since you dont even have to get out of your car. My only negative comment to make is I wish she offered the frequent purchase cards like most other coffee houses offer where you buy so many and get one free or cheaper. She does not offer those. So when I am on that side of town I try to get a coffee beverage at Mugshots. So, go give them a try.

I've had this hidden gem on my list for quite sometime, but because of its location and proximity from me it took a bit. I pulled up at 8:16 and was out four minutes later the woman working was possibly the owner and was friendly enough. In a moment of panic, and not knowing what I wanted, I decided on a toffee Brulé latte with almond milk. It was pretty good and I loved the toffee bits on top. It's a good way just to add a little as some thing extra.I will say that I was bummed about one thing, but that was my fault. While I was waiting for my drink to be made, I saw their spring specials and was intrigued. They have a pistachio latte, a white chocolate pistachio latte, and a lavender chai with lavender essence. All three of those are right up my alley so I will have to come back again and try them! Overall it was a good coffee experience this morning!

We are traveling and we ended up in Reno, there weren't many coffee places around here so we went to Mugshot Expresso. The lady here is very nice, and the coffee is DELICIOUS!!! 10/10 would recommend:)

The lady got when I pulled up at order 420 drinks and she made sure that mine was perfect and she was cheery the whole time she's such a good employee I would have been pulling my hair out good for her she deserves a raise

This is a cute drive thru hut. I ordered a chai latte with soy.....The woman working was professional and nice, I just did not enjoy the drink. Temperature was fine, just the taste was not giving chai latte with soy.UPDATE- The drive thru hut advised the brand of chai they use. That explains the taste. I will be back for another try!
