Super nice people here. I've been here about 10 times.... Consistency is everything....

Have loved going here for years and recently stopped by for lunch. They have a great menu with tasteful selections. Atmosphere was inviting as well as the crew. I chose to get a breakfast bagel (everything) and I also ordered the Club on a twisted cheese roll for to go! Delicious, fresh and pricing was even better.

Do not order from their website! I ordered 15 minutes ahead of showing up to pick up my order and they looked at me like I was crazy. After showing them my confirmation email and the charge on my credit card the person in charge told me to wait while she looks into it. They reset the computer and find my order, 15 minutes later my order comes out incomplete. I ask about the coffee on my order and she asks me to wait while continuing to help another customer. I ordered ahead hoping to get my order and leave due to being in the area for only a short amount of time but I ended up waiting 15 minutes anyways and had to leave without my coffee because I didn't have another 15 minutes for them to treat me like I am lying to them about my order while the cook stares at me trying to intimidate me.

This was my first time at this joint and it was absolutely fire. I already started thinking about my next visit. The staff is doing the Lord’s work. 10/10 Thank you

To measure a coffee shop, a mocha is my go to and it was okay, tasted watered down. As did the chai latte. Blueberry muffin was decent, but a bit hard/old. Clerk was disorganized and doubled the order for some reason. Atmosphere was good though. Overall not horrible but there's are better places.

I’d like to say I’ve tried the food here but I haven’t. Today is my second attempt to buy muffins for my coworkers and again the door is locked and the ladies tending to the coffee machine and pastries won’t even look up when I knock. I have a small window of time before work so if your sign says your open at 6am and I show up at 0630 and you’ve still not unlocked your door then I have to assume you don’t have the staff or I’m not a worthwhile sell.. It’s a waste of my time either way. I’ll keep my puny contribution to your bottom line and shop elsewhere.

I visited My Favorite Muffin in Reno this morning and had a sesame seed bagel, twice toasted, with jalapeño cream cheese, paired with a cappuccino. The bagel was absolutely delicious – perfectly toasted with just the right amount of crunch – and the jalapeño cream cheese added a nice, flavorful kick. The cappuccino was well-made and complemented the meal perfectly.

The service was great; the staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience. While the atmosphere was okay, it didn’t stand out as particularly cozy or unique, but it was clean and comfortable enough to enjoy my breakfast.

Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely recommend for a quick and tasty bite in Reno. The quality of the food and the good service make it worth a visit!

Vegetarian options: The bagels and muffins are to die for! So much variety too. I LOVE this place.

Called before I went in to specifically ask if they had gluten free bagels, I was told yes. I ordered a gluten free bagel with strawberry cream cheese and specified that I had a gluten allergy. I also ordered BLT bagel for someone in my family who is non GF, when I got home it just had cream cheese on it, no lettuce tomato or bacon. I received both items and left. I ate my bagel at home and was suspicious because it did not taste gluten free, after eating it I became very nauseous and bloated. I went back and ordered again and received a pre packaged bagel labeled gluten free ?. The first time they gave me a regular plain bagel. This place caused my allergy to flair up.

Worst $12 turkey sandwich ever, they forgot tomato, lettuce, super thin slice of Turkey, no cheese, and a soggy bagel. Establishments that leave off ingredients on a sandwich should not charge the full menu price. This was the worst breakfast sandwich ever. Liberally made with no care, no skill, and no common sense. Never eating at this local woke establishment again. Berkeley farm oJ is not better than our local model Dairy. Local business who gets there OJ from Berkeley.
