My Favorite Muffin in Reno is awesome! The Cherry Cheesecake muffin was incredible — moist, rich, with perfect cherry topping and crumbly streusel. Tasted like a mini cheesecake! Blueberry muffins looked amazing too. Fresh-baked daily, great coffee, friendly staff, cozy spot, and fair prices. If you’re in Reno, definitely stop by — highly recommend the cherry one!

Such a lovely shop. Please please please add blueberries to your blueberry muffins and cranberries to the cranberry muffins? Why? Two visits: two disappointments. Muffins were tasty with excellent texture. But please, shouldn’t berry muffins be somewhat eponymous?

Love their bagel Sandwiches. Got there about 2:30. They were in the midst of cleaning up. Selection was a little bit limited. Not surprised. That's what happens when you are late to the party. But, still got a fresh hot sandwich to order with a cafe Americano to go. MFM does not disappoint. A definite favorite breakfast nook. Quaint and excellent little corner cafe.

We love this sweet little spot. We came from California to visit twice. This time, we came from Texas. Our son lives in Reno and this is his favorite spot, which has quickly become our favorite spot. We love the turkey club, I add the guacamole. Oh boy, it is perfection. We love the toasted bagel with the fresh turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole.

This used to be a favorite location and I stopped going a couple years ago because consistently they never got my order correct and the coffee was not comparable to other local places. I decided to try again today and I do have some dietary restrictions. I ordered veggie omelet on a wheat bagel and a large cold brew. 20 minutes waiting and got my sandwich to go. I should have known to look at it but I didn’t. Drove all the way home and it was a veggie omelet on a pizza. I can’t eat that so I drove back and had to wait in line again and reorder. No discount offered or rebate and they didn’t even put my new order to front of line. Waited another almost 25 minutes. Finally got correct order. They wouldn’t refill my cold brew either without me reordering and paying for a new one. So my plan to have coffee and breakfast together at home on my day off turned into almost an hour and fifteen minutes and I could not have my coffee and breakfast together. Reason I stopped going in the past is now reason I will not go there again.

Their online ordering system was down so I decided to call in my order. (Work double shifts at the hospital today and just wanted something to eat ) when I go there , there was a line so long almost reaching the exit door I asked the cashier if I can pay for my order since there was a bag with my name and my food ready and at the counter she said I have to wait in line to get my food . Tired to explain why i couldn’t order online and she said she can’t help me unless I get in line . ( decided to just cancel my order ) . I understand staff was busy but since i couldn’t order online my only option was calling to place my order and pick up or go buying food at another restaurant guess I should have gone somewhere else .

First, let me say that the bagels are delicious. That's not the issue. The issue is that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order from here - they make my order wrong. It is ONE specific person that doesn't pay attention - the tall kid with glasses who always wears the conductor hat fails to properly make the order EVERY TIME. EVERY SINGLE TIME he puts mayonnaise on my food after being asked NOT to and it's written down. I don't know if he's incompetent or what but every single time I come in - this store wastes food because that kid keeps trying to put something I'm allergic to - on my food. Today, he decided to be a smart ass after I politely explained that it was made incorrectly that I can't eat mayo because I'm allergic - and included mayo packets in my bag. For those with allergies - be super vigilant here - this kid clearly DOES NOT CARE - and despite being repeatedly and respectfully asked - he still does what he wants. Do NOT eat here if you have severe allergies because the staff thinks it's FUNNY to put allergens on your food. Not only that, but the waste from all the food being tossed because he doesn't care is crazy.
