Definitely a hit and miss. If the owner guy is the one cooking best believe you'll get good food. With the other cooks it's hit and miss. You can tell the owner puts passion in the food when he puts it together. I think it's definitely more consistency. I live close by and use to get this. But I haven't seen the older guy, Idk if they got bought out but I hope not.

Food just ok nothing too special, the fountain soda machine was serving warm drinks, it obviously wasn't hooked up to any refrigeration at all, and asking for ice seemed to be a problem.

This is a diamond in the rough for Mexican on the go food. The food is fantastic! The cook is very nice and friendly. The gal behind the counter wanted to charge me $2.50 for a small drink which their menu price was $1.85. All of their menu prices are incorrect. For example, Combo Number One says $7.75 when in actuality it comes to $10.77 with tax, w which makes it about $9.95. Quite a difference. So be prepared to pay more than what you expect. They do not honor their advertised...
