Crunchy boba and inconsistent boba scoops. Maybe had back luck twice but won’t be going back. Also for the boba scoops I’m aware they have scoopers but maybe staff only put 1 vs 2-3 scoops. Place is really cute and menu is fun, just had 0/10 experience the 5 times I went here

Nice little shop stop by for a fresh boba. They got some new items to try. I order the matcha with Thai coffee, they pretty good. You can choose how much sweet you like with your deinks. There were only one person works there so sometimes can be little wait when they are busy making your drinks.

THEY RUINED OUR MATCHA MONDAY. If i could add a photo i would but oh my goodness. we ordered a strawberry MATCHA and it was BROWN. a LIGHT brown, no green to be seen and there was no matcha flavor whatsoever. this place a joke

My husband and I just went, it’s the best boba we have ever had!! The worker was so sweet and attentive! Such a lovely shop will definitely come back!!! 5 starts!!

When I first started coming here it was so good: friendly service, perfect drinks, good vibes. The last couple times it was subpar at best. A couple weeks ago I went in maybe around 5 and they had told me they ran out of boba. I was understanding because I have worked in boba/coffee places, but felt it was weird they continued to complain about how long it took to cook it infront of customers. Today I go in and the three girls continue to yap and don’t acknowledge me walking in or standing at the register. All three had seen and heard me come in and said nothing even though two were just standing and talking, NOT DOING ANYTHING. I took out my phone and stood there waiting and finally one came to the register and asked what I wanted. Throughout the whole exchange all three kept yapping. I waited about 10 minutes for my drink and there were only 2 drinks infront of me and 3 workers. When she called my number I grab my drink and leave dissatisfied because I asked for it blended and they gave it to me over ice because they were too busy yapping about who the bad review online was about and other coworkers. I didn’t want to ask for a new drink because it felt like a waste of my time. My drink today was very watery, and missed the detail I asked for. I understand the workers seem young, but I feel jobs like these are learning experiences. It is not okay to not have at least okay customer service in a customer service based job and to not even do the job fully correct. I sadly will be taking my business elsewhere.

There’s only two places to go to for Boba in Reno, and they are both Num Num. I recommend anything from the special menu.
I've tried a few boba tea places in town, but I think Num Num at MaeAnne is my favorite one. I love getting the rose milk tea. Last time, my sister ordered a lavender lemonade and it looked so beautiful! They also sell cute merchandise like travel mugs and keychains.

I absolutely love num num boba they have a very big selection and menu. The staff are always super sweet. I love the fact that my daughter can play while we drink our boba it's our favorite mommy and daughter date.❤️
