The mocha was actually very good. Even though I asked for an iced mocha and received a hot one, the drink itself tasted great. Unfortunately, the barista’s attitude and the overall atmosphere made the experience uncomfortable and left me not wanting to come back.

The coffee here is genuinely great . the quality and flavor are some of the best I’ve had. I really enjoy the drinks. However, the customer service could be better. Each time I’ve visited, the baristas have seemed unwelcoming and a bit dismissive, which makes the environment feel uncomfortable. I hope this is something that can be improved, because the coffee itself is excellent

This has to be some of the best coffee I've had being back in the states. I just moved back to the US from Australia where the coffee is phenomenal and I have to say this place definitely stacks up. The service was great and I'll definitely be coming back every day I have left here in Reno.
Gorgeous coffee shop with lots of parking. Great cappuccino too!
Nice local coffee shop. Menu rotates seasonally. Great walkable option for NW Reno. Cool and friendly staff. Also worth keeping an eye open on their social media for deals and events.

Friendly service from Abe, and a nice view of the mountains to enjoy my pour-over.

It was good, but not great, coffee, and I don't think it's worth the high price. But what really makes me mad is charging $1.25 more for non-dairy milk. At that price, they're more than covering their cost- they're making extra money. I get that their argument is going to be that it costs extra for them and they're passing on the cost. But it's a 12 oz cup (the only size they offer) and nowhere else charges that much, even for larger sizes, so you'd have a really hard time convincing me that it's necessary to charge that much. Overall wouldn't recommend.

The jamberry latte was really good. But the drip coffee unfortunately was a 1/10. It was poured out from a pot when drip coffee should be freshly dripped into the cup.

They charge $1.25 for any milk that doesn't come from a cow's breasts. Some coffee shops don't even charge for non-dairy milks anymore, but those that do normally charge $1 at the most. That extra $0.25 is just insulting.
