I’m very new to biking, and I spontaneously walked into this shop just to ask a couple questions about maintenance on a bike that I had purchased on Facebook from someone nearby. I walked in with no knowledge, and Trish gave me the most amazing customer service. She told me what I needed to fix it up and keep it running. Wow.... these people are amazing. Went in looking for kind of a one off. They didn't really have what I was looking for but said "give me your number, they come in all the time, we'll let you know when we get one." 45 minutes later they called. We went back to look at the bike and it was great. Not exactly what I was looking for, but we are definitely only going to buy our next bike from this location. I brought my sons bike to them on a Friday. Even though I was quoted one week for the repairs, I received a call Saturday afternoon that his bike was done. My son is so happy to have his bike back. They did an amazing job, had amazing service, we're very friendly and professional. I will be back.
