I eat out alot doto I travel for work. I never have a thought about atmosphere. Did not like the underneath feeling from some staff. Mgr was great. Just did not like the vibe off some staff.

My husband and I went to celebrate the Marine Corps 250th birthday at the outback. He received a free special lunch that he just raved about and I also ordered the grilled shrimp with a salad and the French onion soup. All of the food was excellent and the entire staff made us both feel respected and appreciated for my husband's service. Our server did an excellent job of pacing our meal so we always had our food but were never rushed. She was always there with the water and at the same time was quite busy taking care of many other customers. At the end of the meal our server offered to box up our cheesecake dessert to take home, perhaps knowing that we would enjoy it more later, and we did! Everyone there just did an amazing job to provide us with great food and a most enjoyable dining experience. We had not been to to a Outback in many years but we will definitely return to the Reno location soon.

Bring a jacket its freezing in here 🥶 Do not touch the electronic screens at the table. They add the charge of the stupid eletronic games to the bill at the end of the meal that leaves a sour taste in the mouth
