We hadn't been to PF Chang's in years and decided to give it a try. We had a table for 7 and had to wait about 15 minutes when we got there at our chosen time to sit. We then promptly got drinks and an app. We then did not see our waitress for a while. To the point we were just going to the bar to order more drinks while we waited. After about an hour she returned and took our order. We then did not see her again for a long time. Another hour passed with no food or drink service. She finally came over and said the kitchen is backed up because they had some big parties and it would be some time before our food is ready. We had now been there 2 1/2 hours. We were exhausted and hungry. We then heard the manager screaming at everyone in the back and throwing things. It was quite the commotion. Our friend went to speak to staff and they blew her off. Our other friend tracked down the manager and he came over and apologized and offered to comp our whole meal. After we finally ate the waitress who was never around came over and brought the whole bill. We explained the manager said he was comping it. She left again for a long time. Finally came back and they only comped half the meal. Needless to say we are never going back.
Always a great experience-love that the menu hasn't changed ever! We always get the lettuce wraps to start. They were out of my favorite crab appetizer but there was plenty more to choose from. Server was excellent and attentive.
This is a nice restaurant for families. The menu has a wide variety of items to enjoy. The prices are very reasonable.
I give a one star review bc it took 1 hour 40 min to eat even though the service was great the waiting for the good took a long time

Thanks to vigilance of server Eddie, a manager who applied some kind of “cross-contamination matrix” and a good HVAC system in the front of the house i was able to enjoy a meal in an Asian restaurant and have restaurant hot and sour soup for the first time in over 30 years! Thank you!

(12/12/25) Hostesses are incompetent. Told us it would be a 10min wait but turned into 35+ mins because they forgot to take our name down and were seating people who clearly came in after us. We checked in a couple times but they kept telling us they got our name down but I guarantee you our name isn’t on the list. The place wasn’t even full. We ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else.

We’ve gone here for years, it’s generally been my wife’s favorite birthday restaurant. The food quality has consistently gone downhill with less flavor and tastes as if it’s frozen food that’s been thawed out. I’m not sure of the details behind what happened to the food quality, it’s just not good anymore. Our server was great last night and generally they go a good job. Prices are slightly up, serving size is way down. The restaurant was mostly empty.

I have family in Reno and they live in Montreux. When I came to visit 3-4 years ago I always insisted that we go to PF’s. Just recently - 12/8, we went there and it was TERRIBLE!!! The place was worn out, dirty, etched graffiti, the service help was, while cordial, poorly informed and the drinks were short-shot. How did this happened to a branded restaurant????

1 star bc I had too. Worst service ever, which was no service. We sat at the table for 20 min and still didn’t get a glass of water. People that came in after us got their food before our waitress even came over to the table . She never even came over until I waved her down to come over. Bailey needs a new trade. Unbelievable. We ended up leaving after we saw a group of 15 come in. We would have never got our food.

We've been eating here for years and always loved our food. However this time we were very disappointed. Our dumplings didn't have their usual flavor and the beef and chicken in our lo mein noodles were so dry you could hardly chew them. Noodles didn't have much taste.

Yummy lunch specials. We recommend the kung pao chicken, fiery shrimp, hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef. Andrew is awesome! Friendly and efficient. He was a whirlwind. The restaurant was busy but still had lots of seating available.

Food had no flavor and tasted bland. The fried rice used to be on point years ago I believe they used garlic butter before but now it tastes no different than fast food style fried rice. The local favorite Sesame chicken was absolutely horrible but thankfully the server did not charge us for that item and kindly took 25% off the tab. Server was great, definitely pass on the entire food order.

Was super busy. First time at the Reno location. Server was nice. Atmosphere wasn't bad. My honey chicken was very good. Would have gave 4 stars but my sisters meal was skimpy. She ordered same dinner special and had almost no meat.
