When we lived in the CA Bay Area we used to enjoy the Walnut Creek location. This was our first visit to the Reno restaurant. Driving up the first thing you see are weeds growing in their landscaping. To me that's a sign they don't care about their restaurant. Based on what happened next, that sign was true. We had a reservation. We told if we wanted a booth we would have to wait 10 minutes for them to clean one. This is at 5:15 and they were not busy yet. We said a table would be fine. The table they sat us at a big spot on it and was sticky. It took the waitress 10 minutes to come to our table. She did apologize and said she didn't realize she was our waitress. She did get a towel and clean the table. There was a cardboard flyer advertising 8.99 Mai tais. More on that later. We ordered the 3 piece dinners with some upgrades. The lettuce wraps came out and were delicious. The soup came out minutes later. Ok we can do both. Not a big deal. Well just a couple of minutes later, she plops the main courses down. Now we have everything on the table at once. So much for a leisurely meal! By the time we got to eating the main course they were warm at best. They were also very bland. The waitress never cleared any of the dishes so we were moving things around all dinner. She did ask if wanted dessert as she had the check in her hand! The check was totally wrong. She charged us for every dish plus the upgrades. She tried tell us that it was correct. I asked to see a menu so I could check it. She then went to her manager who then came back with a new check, 20$ less. He said she didn't did not put it in correctly. We then noticed the price of the drinks were more than on the card. He said that didn't start till next week. We looked at the card and there was no date. He said that management wanted them out on the table. I wonder how many customers order the dinners and get charged wrong and don't notice. The misleading cards are just wrong. We won't be back!

Another excellent experience at P.F. Chang's Reno! Our server, Kyle, was attentive, friendly, and greeted us soon after we were seated. Our dinners were well prepared, tasted great, and large portions (enough to take home for a full second meal)! Highly recommend P.F. Chang's one of our favorite restaurants in Reno.

Food was mostly great! Service too. Didn't like the lettuce boats but my sister and brother in law did. Fried rice sucked. Loved the entrees though. A little expensive but isn't everything now?

Two of us ordered Orange chicken lunch special. Chicken was great. "Fried" rice was AWFUL. More like muck than anything. I asked for some white rice and told the server how bad the rice was (both us had made the mistake of asking for "fried" rice). He brought a small bowl of white and charged us an additional $4.00. It wasn't about paying for what we got it was about the rice served with entree being inedible.

It was a snowy night so the restaurant was a little less crowded. The experience was great.

Excellent food and service was incredible, especially considering the number of tables that Devante - our server, was handling. Portions are deceptively large. Looking forward to coming back.

The food isn't really authentic Chinese. And not that good for the price you pay. Probably won't go back. Happy hours(at bar only) 3 beers and a soda. $25.00

Worst Singapore Street Noodles I have ever had, and I grew up eating them in a food court back in Aus, so am used to mediocre. Zero authentic flavor, greasy, overcooked, over seasoned, almost zero protein. Add this to the poor cleanliness and slow service, really bummed as we’d hoped for better …. 😭

Yummy as always and the service was great! Christmas decorations were beautiful and the cocktails never disappoint!

Been coming here for years. Tonight we had a new waitress as she told us, only three weeks there. She forgot my wine order twice. Never completed taking dinner orders so my entrée was never ordered. Finally, the lettuce wrapped chicken didn’t taste right at all. It had a heavy flower taste to it Very disappointing

The service is excellent. I had the orange chicken, and it was good but not memorable.
