Paleteria La Michoacana #1

I arrived at Paleteria La Michoacana De Reno de la Moana, I ordered a frappe (which they have on the menu) and they told me, don't they make frappes? So why do they have it on the menu? I order some frozen strawberries and cream and they don't have them either? Well I order a milkshake and it seems like I'm drinking strawberry water with milk ? isn't it supposed to be a milkshake? ???? If you don't have what they have on the menu, remove it because it makes you more angry to be asking and asking and not having anything!!

Went to pick up an esquite today. When I got home I began to eat it and found a rubber band mixed inside. Called them to let them know I found a rubber band inside and all they said was “it must have came from the cups and fell in the food”. No apology, no offer to pick up a new one or even a refund. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I went here on May 29 at 8. There was a girl working who put too much chamoy/sauce on the taki locos and tosti locos that we ordered.
First, I come here often because they do sell delicious things. But this experience was horrible. We couldn't finish what we bought, which was $40, because they almost gave us chamoy soup. This comment is for the owner, not for you not to try this place. I understand if he went too far with the chamoy the first time, but he did it with both tostilocos that were inedible. Here I put photos to show what I'm talking about.

I didn't know what to choose from so many things, there were a lot of people but the service was fast and good, the Doritos prepared were super delicious, the corn was good and the lemon water too, the popsicles were very good

Paletas of many flavors, elotes, esquites, prepared pork rinds, fruit and many other products, a little expensive, but from time to time it is worth taking a walk around Michoacan and trying their delicious products.
