“This panda express is the best one on my side of town. Erika has had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time from the fast food industry, welcoming every guest with a smile and also gracefully sending them away. I got home. I noticed the item from my order was missing. I called the store and Erika assured me it’d be no problem for them to have a fresh new one ready for me when I got there and it sure was! She even offered an appetizer on them:))“

“We came in to grab dinner on 7/24/24 at approx 7pm. The crew members were on point. It was super busy and they handled it in stride. They took care to make sure we had everything we wanted. Items were getting low and instead of scraping the bottom of the pans and giving us the room temp leftovers like most people do these days they made sure every item that went out was hot and fresh and everyone was taken care of. Our food was great and we appreciate the fantastic service!“

“I love the food as it is always fresh. I ordered just a small size side dish item and it was enough for me as I like to eat lighter meals. They have sides or entree items as you can order anything alacart.

I usually get 3 dozen donuts for me and for the Big O Tires team members, and we want to express our gratitude of thanks for giving us the fresh, bestest doughnuts. “Good, and clerk's movement is very quick! I always use this store. However, rice is dry, so I think it is difficult to eat rice with chopsticks.This is a Chinese restaurant located in the Student Union building at the University of Nevada, Reno. Many of the dishes are relatively spicy, and the first time I tried the orange chicken, which is a popular menu item at this restaurant, I was surprised at how spicy it was. But I got used to it as I ate it day by day. It is used by many University of Nevada students, but there are many customers in line and the wait time can be quite long. However, the clerks are quite quick and listen to orders one after another. It seems to be quite busy when there are many customers...Credit cards are also accepted for payment.“
