Panda and their unreliable delivery service, I dont get why they still use doordash for their delivery, doordashers delivery drivers are incompetent. They either delivery it to the wrong place or steal food, then its sort of a hassle to submit a complaint through pandas app.

The overall dining experience always feels smooth and enjoyable.

Their desserts are rich but never overwhelming.

Had 2 entrees available and fried rice 2 hours before closing. Kinda wild.

As is true for many fast-food establishments, the quality of service and food often fluctuate depending on the location and hour of the day--the Panda Express at UNR consistently delivers in both a high quality in customer service and consistency in properly prepared, delicious food. The manager, Goose, and all of the employees under his charge are always friendly and can be counted on to deliver an enjoyable and expedient experience! Thank you all for your hard work, and for making lunch time at UNR a highlight of my day!

They apologized on the tray that they ran out of white rice and gave her fried rice . If they would’ve called we would’ve told them “no fried rice she’s allergic to some of the things inside of that rice “. So my wife wasn’t able to eat her meal, THEN my plate had hard Chow Mein noodles , like they’ve been sitting for a very long time . I will NEVER go back to this panda .

They always mix up your entrees. Last time I got a pile of broccoli with a tiny amount of beef right on the top. It’s like an upset employee was trying to send me a message.

Horrible horrible service wasn’t even busy and got my complete order wrong. Made me wait from the honey shrimp up charged me just to give me something I didn’t want nor got for the up charge.

The food is way too sweet including the spicy options. The rice is dry and the peas are hard (uncooked). The kung pao chicken tasted undercooked so avoided.. I felt sick after eating it. Either I don’t get the hype around panda express or this franchise is awful. The only redeeming aspect was the service was quick and the location is convenient. Won’t be back though as food is not great…
