Ordered the big plate with beef and broccoli, grilled chicken, and walnut honey shrimp with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mien. Firstly, the food wasn’t hot, the chicken was cold and undercooked. Horrible texture. And way too much of it. Not enough shrimp at all. Everything was just bad, didn’t get to eat much of it because it wasn’t very good. So disappointed. Food is getting so expensive and it’s not worth it. I had a craving haven’t had panda in awhile, and it was a big let down. I definitely won’t go back to this location

I ordered a online order for 445 and they had it ready at 430, it was fine. Where they out of meat today? 10-22 my beef broccoli had one peice of beef and my black pepper steak thing had no steak??.😭 I have pictures i just cant post them. I didnt eat all day and was like yk what I need panda.. then I got distracted and forgot about it until I remembered I was hungry.. I went to open it and had alot of rice and chowmain but barley any of the other things I asked for. I did get alot of broccoli and mushrooms tho lol😆next time ill just have to check 😭 also the broccoli tasted like they washed the pan right before cooking the broccoli bc some of it tasted really bad😭

Pay extra for shrimp and this is all the kids meal comes with. Yet my other child got 18 EIGHTEEN pieces of orange chicken. Panda Express says it’s correct.

Just stopped in food. Had to wait a bit for fresh orange chicken. Employee's were nice. I watched the cooks, cook thier butts off. It was the best Panda I ever had! Was su0et busy and the staff was killing it!

Whenever I call i get hung up on constantly and by the same guy who always sounds hostile and rude very dismissive whenever I ask about the safety of my daughter who won't even answer the phone because of her manipulative boyfriend and he controls her not letting her mother talk to her at all even to check up on her. They try to claim i call everyday when I call only once a week and whenever they are about to close or aren't busy not to disturb the worker's or my daughter. Where is the kindness of the staff ?
