MINUS 5 STARS. Yes, those stars are in the negative.For my birthday, my sister wanted to take me out to lunch.Off to Panda Express. We each picked the 2 item with noodles or rice plate, got drinks, sat down at a table and we were done 5 minutes later, one of us didn't feel well. It might have been the Sesame Chicken, neither one of us could eat more than one piece, it was nasty. Melted plastic forks is about the only way to describe it.The rubber chicken, I mean teriyaki chicken, was frickin rubber. The worst was the noodles, the FISH FLAVOR noodles. I can't eat seafood, makes me sick. Now I can't prove there was any kind of fish in the noodles, especially when I went up to the counter to ask about it I got no response from anyone. I returned both our un eaten lunches and requested a refund but surprise, Surprise, same thing, ignored. I was a blink away from blowing a gasket, but didn't want to embarrass my sister.Long story short, stay way away from the Panda Express on plumb and Virginia. Maybe it was just a one time bad experience? It's your call. One is enough for me.

My last got delivered to someone else. I filled out their "how did we do?" form complaining about what happened and this issue has yet to be resolved.Don't order online with Panda Express unless you feel like gambling with your food.Panda Express I'm still waiting to hear back from you.

I ate there the 12th and received a severe case of food poisoning also my daughter,we eat there at least twice a week and have never had any problems. I am 83 and just got out of hospital because of the food poisoning.l will be a little more careful for my next order if any. The hospital reported the incident to the Health
Personally I think the prices are too high for what you get their very "skimpy" on what they put on the plate as if its the depression and I'm in a soup line.not open or friendly no smiles, no thank you for coming just take your $ money and push your food at you!! Then say NEXT my money is 100% American with all the presidents on it its accepted anywhere in the United States I refuse to be made felt like they're doing me a favor or I'm not important enough I can go anywhere else and I do.

So go there once or twice a month. Seemed like new workers they were nice. And maybe they have been recently instructed to give smaller portions or just new. Got like 30 percent less on my 2 combos. Not cool! They forgot my sweet and sour sauce for my rangoons and they were soggy so pretty much a waste. And the sauce on the Angus beef was awful as well as 90 percent veggies. Not a good look for this location. Hopefully they fix it I'll check back in a couple weeks if it's bad I'll never go back. Hopefully customers keep this location honest fix it or lose business. Hopefully it's a one off and I'll fix the review and update.
