I bought a box of food and 2 drinks. In addition to paying $35 for the family meal, they charged me $4.50 more for the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Ok, it's on their menu, I understand, but the worst part is that they served me half the portions. Terrible place.👎

This panda express is the best one on my side of town. Erika has had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time from the fast food industry, welcoming every guest with a smile and also gracefully sending them away. I got home. I noticed the item from my order was missing. I called the store and Erika assured me it’d be no problem for them to have a fresh new one ready for me when I got there and it sure was! She even offered an appetizer on them:))

Why is it every single time I come here you are out of one or more entrees and I am forced to wait for them to be cooked? You can't see one is running low and make more BEFORE someone wants it? Every. Single. Time.

Ordered online for pickup and when I got my food they didn’t give me what I ordered. Just random entrees. I complained and they gave me a coupon so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered at 2pm for 3:15 pickup. At 3 pm I got a text saying my food was ready. I showed up at 3:15 as scheduled and not only was my food not ready, they had to make the food I ordered as the containers were empty. There was no one else in the store at all so I was frustrated as why the food wasn’t made prior to me showing up at my scheduled time and why I got a text saying my food was ready. I proceeded to stand there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready. I expressed my dissatisfaction and all the lady could tell me was that she needed to get the food ready. Not to mention I got home and realized they once again didn’t get my order right and gave me some old soggy chicken.
Cold food and did not taste right. Spent 300 for a crew party. Pandas way to fix it was to give me a coupon. Do not waste your money

Panda Express is a go-to for us. We went during the dinner hour. Everything is fresh, this does in crease your wait time. Dinning room was clean, their drink station needed attention. It is worth the money.
