This panda express is the best one on my side of town. Erika has had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time from the fast food industry, welcoming every guest with a smile and also gracefully sending them away. I got home. I noticed the item from my order was missing. I called the store and Erika assured me it’d be no problem for them to have a fresh new one ready for me when I got there and it sure was! She even offered an appetizer on them:))
Panda Express is a go-to for us. We went during the dinner hour. Everything is fresh, this does in crease your wait time. Dinning room was clean, their drink station needed attention. It is worth the money.
I normally don't have anything negative to say about Panda. Today I visited the location and it was kitchen employee loud. Never heard that before. And, to add 'salt' to the experience, they didn't have any chop sticks. The food was good, the service was good, but that's about it.
