She threatened to call the cops because I asked for my Coca-Cola!!
Seriously you can’t make this up, her name is Malu. She was scooping food, but the kid who was ringing me up, clearly he was using the register for the first time, hard to blame him, he’s just trying to learn, he was doing some things wrong and she was helping him fix it, and then he gives me my food after a while, and I’m sitting in the drive-through, he shuts the door, I’m thinking he’s about to make my drink, and he doesn’t, eventually he comes to the window and says is that everything sir, and I said no I’m still waiting on the drink,
And Malu comes up and said you didn’t order a drink
I politely replied, yes I did,
She said it’s not on your receipt,
I said, just cause it’s not on the receipt, it doesn’t mean that I didn’t order it,
When the kid was taking my order, I asked him for a regular soda, and I thought it was weird, because he responded with this,
“We don’t have regular, we have small medium and large”
I thought it was funny, and I told him medium, and then I went up to the window
Now, back to Malu. She says I didn’t order it, I said yes I did
She said no you didn’t,
I said yes I did
I felt like it was a childish game at this point,
How hard is it at this point just to be like hey, we forgot to add this to the order, I’ll add it right now, I’ll go ahead and swipe your card for the difference… Now can you just pull around to the front so we can keep the drive-through line going,
That’s all it takes!
But you can tell Malu was having a bad day, and she was trying to take it out on someone, I get it, maybe fast food is hard.
But I understand why this place has awful reviews now
I thought it was unusual at first, but it makes sense
Malu after the back-and-forth said, “move from the drive-through or I’m calling the cops”
The craziest part about it, is I didn’t even refuse to move from the drive-through in the beginning. She was just upset from the beginning for some reason.
Malu is incredibly rude.
When she was freaking out on me, I looked at her name tag, and took a mental note of it, I’ll be writing a survey through panda express website.
It was so funny when I looked at her name tag, she shouted her name at me and said “go right ahead”
The whole situation was awful, I felt completely disrespected by this her.

The 3 item serving is the best bang for your buck. Many excellent selections that are freshly prepared and tasty. Good quality and quantity. 13 dollars . Very clean and quiet.

This location was just like all the others but generally sometimes Panda has a hard time with food, consistency, quality, Staff here was very friendly.

Seems like thier portions and quality have gone down while their prices have gone up. Still go there occasionally but prefer the locally owened Luu's Chicken Bowl in Manteca.

This panda express was a good choice. Good,fresh food and great service
Great food I love panda express, bad service though. Employees working the window were very rude which they shouldn't have anything to do with me since i was ordering food inside. They stood staring and talking about me while I was standing right there. Even the cashier was rude, if you don't like your job don't work there!
