Customer service was rude, forgot some of our order, laughed at the name that was given for the order, and no fortune cookies. There were 3 young ladies working at the registers. We were there around 3 and were literally the only customers in the store so it was just very upsetting. We spent almost $40 just to not enjoy our food and theres nothing we can do about it now because the time we noticed we were home .
Great food as usual with friendly employees. One plus is their bathrooms are NEVER DIRTY.

The people who work there take quality seriously and my food is always top tier. It's always nice to have a cheap restaurant nearby that actually knows how to make some good food

Food good. They (someone) messed-up on the order. Where it said clearly on the receipt and box.
However, overall . Food was fresh and was good.

terrible service. i came in and Lani took my order. off the bat she was rude asking “what do you need” i politely told her my order and she began making it. i wasn’t done ordering and wanted to order Rangoon, she made it feel as if it was an inconvenience by huffing and puffing. she later than slammed my order on the counter and rolled her eyes at me. the whole experience was really rude and i wasn’t able to ask her for any soy sauce because she stormed off once i paid for my food. i decided to eat my food outside and she came out and mean mugged me twice lol what a joke. this was a lot of attitude to deal with after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. human decency isn’t hard to do. if she was having such a bad day maybe not put her on the line in my opinion

Our overall experience with Panda Express was okay the food was great and the woman who prepared our food did great but the manager that they have or their training manager was completely unprofessional with her employees if I was working for her that would suck, she got her employee in trouble for giving the customer what they want when in turn I would’ve payed extra lol. I hope management sees this and takes action against her. She should’ve pulled her aside and had a personable conversation rather than put her down and make her feel bad I will be calling to complain to the store manager because that was ridiculous.

Filthy place. Dirty kitchen. Old, caked-on food on every surface. Lazy, rude staff. Long, slow lines because no one was working. Just standing around talking and giggling. The outdoor tables look as if they have never been cleaned. Small portions of old food. We just wanted a quick, warm meal. Didn’t happen here. Avoid this disaster of a restaurant.

Management stated that corporate has a policy that forbids employees to wear gloves. How are you to work with food and not wear gloves? Is this not a health violation?They got workers in there touching all kinds of stuff with their bare hands and serving food to customers just nasty.
I normally never leave a review especially a fast food but what a joke I show up at 9:30 they close at 10 pm . Cashier said we closed kitchen at 9:10 so we are limited on entrees I ask what is available. I order the walnut shrimp as she said it was one of the 3 items available. She mentioned that it’s a up charge for the shrimp I chucked said ok got my order there was 3 pieces in the box smh should have just not served or up charged . I run kitchen and of my crew ever shut our kitchen down which is way bigger then their kitchen . 1 hr before close let just say they would be looking for a new job . Will never support this place again

I like their convenient location and friendly service. They are prompt and will go extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If they don't have my favorite item ready, I am willing to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch to be prepared. Shout out to Millie for exceptional customer service!
