I had my bigger plate delivered. The drink was warm and my food was all mixed together. To make things worse they forgot to include my orange chicken. I paid for a bigger plate and received a plate that was a mess.

I haven’t gone to this location in a while, but now it’s tempting to come back, the associate La’ree, I believe her name was, greeted us as she seemed bothered, maybe customer service isn’t a good fit for people who can’t welcome people with a smile to begin with!!!

Me and my boyfriend ordered hunny walnut shrimp and he's been sick the whole day straight throwing up if I could rate this place lower than 0 I would this is not cool you can kill someone with your seafood check your food before u server it too your customers and don't get me started on your chowmaine order a bowle it was hard and damn near all lettuce like come on do better
I always get the best customer service every time I come in to get some doughnuts. I usually get 3 dozen donuts for me and for the Big O Tires team members, and we want to express our gratitude of thanks for giving us the fresh, bestest doughnuts. We devour those doughnuts in minutes, lol. So, coming from us, we recommend anyone and everyone to get some fresh doughnuts from this place. Thanks again!

I love going to Panda Express it’s quick and easy, and not that bad. I’ve been ordering takeout from this spot for a while and the food isn’t sitting right. The past few times I order the Honey Walnut Shrimp it’s been overcooked and burnt, and I only taste bitter re-used cooking oil. I’ve also been having issues with the Orange chicken, it feels rubbery most of the time and sometimes I question if it’s cooked all the way. I’ll stop coming here for a while and go to others because only this one seems to have that issue. I really hope it gets situated in the meantime though.
