One star not because of the food. The food was great. It's the HIGH PRICES!!! Never again, for what it is, just soup and 1/2 a sandwich too expensive. For that price, I can sit at Olive Garden and enjoy all you can eat soup and amazing salad!

Stopped in at this location yesterday. Found the food to be very good, however, the menu is very confusing and the person taking our order was horrible. The music is too loud. Likely will pass on another visit. There are other businesses in town offering similar food.

they’re insanely busy and it will take you over half an hour to get your food. if you have a class don’t even bother, you will have to leave before your food is even done being made.

Stuck for over 30 minutes in drive through for two cars. Get to the window was told they were out of what I ordered. Thanks for wasting my time.

Food is ok. Service is terrible! Long long wait to get food. Been there done that not going back.

We waited 35 minutes for our order in the drive through - only three cars in front of us. We couldn't even remember what we ordered. When my husband commented on the wait - somewhat joking- we were told that the drive through is always slow but inside is faster. Good to know now. However, the food was not worth the wait. If Panera is going to engage in this huge push with its business, then they should be up for the task which they are not.

I love Panera. Had in Raleigh Nc. Had in other cities. Moved to Reno-just getting one The soups are delicious. Poppyseed strawberry salad fantastic and sandwiches are greatCan't wait to try the

This place sucks big time. The service is terrible. Long waits for food even if ordering ahead. The food is mediocre. Tried to get a refund for food that was taking too long to make and they did not give me a refund and instead insisted I ask my bank for one instead. So not only did I not receive my mediocre food, I also had to call my bank to cancel the charge. They simply do not care about customer service. The most insidious part is they ask you to tip while ordering your food because they know you would never do it after.

They need more training. They appear confused and asked for my name 3 times (by the same person). I asked for no peppers on my sandwich and instead I got a sandwich with no chicken. Just bread, tomato, greens and cheese. Checked my receipt thinking they misheard me - nope, says no peppers only.

So disappointed. I live panera and was so happy one was opening in Reno. Unfortunately soup wasn't even lukewarm warm- just plain cold. Service was slow.

The only thing I have to say is the food is not worth the price! They charge $10 for a single ladle of soup and call it a bowl! If you want a cup, its half a ladle for $5 or $6 and some change. My husband and I got the pick 2, 2 drinks and 2 "muffies" and spent nearly $50! That's asinine!Get THIS! We came here opening week and overheard one of their trainers from Colorado talking to another customer about how there are 3 different tiers of pricing that the company implements depending on location. The trainer then goes on to say that they gave Reno the most expensive of their pricing tiers. She also went on to talk about how there are plans to open a total of 7 Paneras in the Reno/Tahoe area. This price gouging is not ok! You won't see another dime from me for a deli meat sandwich and a ladle of soup.

I waited in line in the drive thru for 1 hour and 10 minutes. My order was $50 and the soup was runny and sandwiches had very little meat and cheese on them. Very disappointing.
