I started coming to Panera Bread a few months ago because they have a delicious veggie sandwich that can be made vegan. Order the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with no cheese and substitute the bread with sourdough. It tastes amazing! I am obsessed and am so happy that I am able to get a plant-based sandwich on the go. Highly recommend checking it out :)

I've only been to Panera one other time and didn't have a good experience, but I decided to give it another try. The food was delicious, but the sandwich was really sad and looked nothing like the picture.
