For a $12 sandwich, you expect a bit more in it. We ordered tuna sandwiches and it came with very light tuna and they just dump it in the middle of the baget without spreading it. When I took it back to them they were not helpful. The latte was cold. There are 10s of flies flying around in the seating area. Panera no longer provides a good value for your money and these lackluster experiences make it worse.

I still dislike how much the food costs, but as far as quality is concerned this is a good location. I've been to other locations where the bread is dried and impossible to each, but both my sandwich and the baguette I had were reasonably soft.

I started coming to Panera Bread a few months ago because they have a delicious veggie sandwich that can be made vegan. Order the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with no cheese and substitute the bread with sourdough. It tastes amazing! I am obsessed and am so happy that I am able to get a plant-based sandwich on the go. Highly recommend checking it out :)
