This is a specific review for the crew in the back right before closing this evening. I came in tonight to order soup and a sandwich! I've consistely had good experiences with this Panera Bread and Panera Bread in general. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Rancher and Chicken Noodle Soup. I asked the young man making the sandwiches in the back to put his special touch on it! I had to come back here and let him know that my sandwich was FIRE!! I MEAN... thank you very much! You did that very well. The soup was good and all was extremely tasty! Good amount of chicken, bacon and the zest of the Chipotle aioli (my preference versus ranch) was portioned well on the sandwich! Thank you again. I appreciate the attention to making great food and taking the customers request into consideration.

Globs of cold oil based American cheese on cold soggy bread for a grilled cheese sandwich (not as pictured or advertised). Nobody in my party could eat it.
Then, the baked potato soup was watered down at least halfway with water. Compared to soup from the other Panera, this soup was obviously 50% more water. On top of that they charged me for a bowl size and when I tried to get a refund for the inedible grilled cheese and thier mistake bowl charge they offered to refund me the bowl and charge me for a cup which would've been like a $2 refund. Sooo over $22 out of pocket and the only thing edible was the semi stale bread and the broccoli cheddar soup. I threw out the baked potato soup and the grilled cheese because nobody could choke it down. 2 outta 3 of the women working here had horrible attitudes and it wasn't worth the stress to argue with the bleach blonde one over just trying to get a refund for the grilled cheese and bowl I didn't order so I could afford to go get something edible for my family to eat for dinner tonight. Rude narcissistic women who don't care about customers or food quality and have ugly snappy attitudes probably should stick to a job where treating customers with basic human decency isn't like the bare minimum requirement.

Do you love the feel and design of corporate America, while simultaneously missing the bland, lackluster flavor of overpriced airport sanwhiches? Well look no further than Panera. Order on a screen and long for salt.
Friendly and professional

Food is always pretty good at Panera. Really enjoyed making the deliveries for Panera on Saturday afternoons. The managers and staff were always helpful and pleasant with me while delivery was made. It's too Bad Southwest Traders wasn't on the up and up as the Saturday delivery on route was a pleasant one at this location.
Thanks for being Awesome guys! ?????

Went to the drive through at 6:13am order half a sandwich for $9( ridiculous I know ). I was the only person in drive through. I got to the window and a lady told me my total and her I gave her my money. then she closes the window and I don’t see her for the next almost 20 minutes. I saw a manager and two other people. I see them working on sandwiches, which I understand if they have other orders totally understandable but the fact that they did not make me aware of them having a large order previously and then letting me sit there for 20 minutes without any update is not customer service to me. It felt Very transactional that I just wanted my money, close the window and forgot about me. I asked for a refund and the girl didn't say sorry or anything “just there's only 2 of us “ when I clearly see 3other people. I get everyone has rough mornings, but I used to love Panera and tell everybody about it but now I have nothing but negative things to say the pricing the wait times the customer service, all lack.
I went specifically to buy bagels, and was told that they had a specific amount of Asiago. (7) However, although the gal was quite nice, after coming to me twice, I was informed that she only had two. First it was 5 then two. That really was my only “heartbreak” if you will. She was lovely, the food was amazing, and her service was impeccable! So, for my first visit at Panera, I’m sure I will be back. However, I will pre-order my bagels so I don’t have to go without!
