Dissappointing that the staff wouldn't take an order 30mins before closing. Would be great if that was made clear in thier advertisement.

Super rude guy answered the phone super lazy didn’t wanna take my order at 7:30 even though they do close at eight it is a half hour difference. I understand why I couldn’t get my order taken Subaru super unprofessional think I might take my business somewhere else, more professional than dealing with this.

Product is generally very good inconsistent, most recently they made thin crust pizza with crust so thin that the sauce was falling through the pizza while cooking. They made it better immediately, no questions asked. Pricing is fair, always a fan.

Changed the review as the consistency of this locationis not like others.One day you can do the deals online and the next time you can't.Ben was not capable of doing the order in store and thus was a waste of my time.Great service. Thank you for helping with the 6.99 deal the first time but wont be back as your store is a hassle.

I ordered a family size pepperoni pizza with extra large pepperoni. All it had on it was a few, yes, a few of the large pepperoni. There were none of the regular pepperoni at all. The only reason I gave two stars is because this particular location is generally not this horrible.

What is going on with this place on South Virginia? Every time I go in there there's new people. I had the worst pizza ever this last time and I've been ordering from that location for over 20 years. Get it together or else you will be out of business.

First time placing an order online and used delivery option. When we get our order, it was not complete. The delivery person said this is all they gave me. They used Uber Eats. So I call the local store to let them know. He said we can take it off your order or you can come get it because they were still making it. I didn’t explain that is not what I paid for and it really was their job to ensure the whole order is ready for pickup. They did let me know that it’s not. Some more back and forth happened so I hung up. I call a neighbor store and they said it’s not the first time they heard about the service from that store. Unfortunately they are individually owned, but still representing the Brand of Papa Murphy’s. So I go down there personally, I wanted to get my order. Being in management, I kept quiet and just watched. I went up and ordered an extra pizza and the cheese bread. Come to find out they don’t make cheese bread it’s all pre-made. So all they had to do was hand the delivery person the whole order. They weren’t still making it like they told me over the phone. Really disappointed in the treatment.

The service was fine, but the product is TERRIBLE! I ordered a Chicken Thai pizza & it was SO SWEET!!!! It was sweeter than some desserts. The crust tasted like cardboard. I know you get what you pay for, but this is practically inedible.

We had stopped going to this location after the ownership change last year because the quality went down to an unacceptable level, but, last night we decided to take a chance and give them another chance. WOW!! What a difference! They are back to making the great pizza we love! We will be back frequently now!
Wow I used to order from them all the time but never again. The rudest girl answered the phone and gave me total attitude when I was nothing but nice to her. How dare they treat their customers like this. Called on Saturday July 8th at 1100 so whoever answered the phone should be fired. Don't not give them business unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I order a pizza and a ceaser salad, pick up the order never called or anything to say they were out. Tried to exchange for the bread and they straight up told me they are not allowed to even tho the value is the same as the salad and as I walk out the door with my order the employee makes a smart mouth comment saying "you should think about ordering ahead next time" aka the timing of ordering is the customers fault, if you can't handle in person business keep your stores updated with what you have and don't, this is the second time with the exact experience and the exact customer service
