This hidden gem is tucked away in the Shops at Bartley Ranch. The service is beautiful as you hear Italian coming from the kitchen. I enjoyed my glass of wine while the culinary delight was being prepared. Definitely on my return list.

Very authentic Italian food at a very good price. Recommend the spinach ravioli and pick your own pasta with vodka sauce. One of the best meals I ate at my stay in Reno. They even offered authentic Italian dessert. Definitely a stop next time I am in Reno.

Pasta Fresca is one of the only restaurants in Reno that I consistently enjoy. The owner, Paolo, is such a wonderful person. He is from Amalfi and clearly has a love for Italian culture and food. The food is always fresh and tasty. Pasta Fresca also attends the farmers market where they sell a variety of things. I was able to buy guanciale and Calabrian chili oil from them. Pasta Fresca is such a gem in Reno and they deserve all of the patronage and support!

They do take reservations and asked us if we had any which we did not, so you might want to take that into consideration before choosing this place, but it might not be an issue. Overall, the food was really good & had gluten free options. I thought that the portion sizes were a little small for the price point to be honest, but the quality was definitely pretty darn good. It is a smaller establishment without a large seating area, but definitely enough.

I got the lasagna and was pretty disappointed. It was very bland. However you could tell the ingredients were fresh! The bread was not very good either. Loved the cannoli though. I would try it one more time with another dish perhaps.

It's not a huge menu, but the attention to detail comes through in the small details and with every bite. Our last meal was on par with the freshest pasta in Tuscany. It's that good.Do not miss this one
