Front door entrance is dirty i can't remember last time the windows were cleaned. Booths have holes in the seats and are torn up. If you set at the counter they use the same space to prepare other people orders. You feel crowded. Has not changed menu in a very long time.

Lots of food. Pancake was light and cooked perfectly. But one was huge. Pork sausage was as big as a saucer. It was excellent with lots of spices.

The management congeniality seems to be a bit hit or miss at this particular location. The quality of the experience seems to vary greatly depending on the acting manager. My group of 3-5 people used to have brunch here once a week. However, depending on the acting manager policies seem to change from visit to visit. None of which can we be directed to in writing. If the experiences were consistent I would feel much more comfortable in the establishment. The servers all do seem to be on point and effect and efficient regardless. Which is the only reason my group continues to pop in occasionally
Sometimes the biscuit and gravy is great, but most times the biscuits are hard and stale. Their gravy is great, but you need a soft biscuit to make the meal complete. They can’t seem to do that They don’t have very good restrooms either

I’ll start with the positive — the food was genuinely delicious. Everything we ordered was flavorful and clearly made with quality ingredients. If this review were based on taste alone, it would be an easy five stars.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor food safety practices and slow service. I watched as cooks handled raw meat and then moved straight to cooked food without changing gloves or washing hands. Some staff were also touching ready-to-eat items with bare hands, which is a huge red flag.
On top of that, our food took an unusually long time to come out while we watched it sit on the counter ready to be served. We never even got one of our pancakes as it had been sitting up there for 30 min while we ate our main meal.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously — a great meal is only worth it if it’s served safely and hygienically. I’d love to come back someday, but only if these concerns are addressed.

The food was incredible and very large portions. Its on the edge of Reno and easy to get to if your passing through on 395. I will be going back and I recommend them to everyone.
