I can not review the food. We went in, we were seated, it smelled, was dirty and we left. Rarely, I have I left a restaurant because I was afraid to eat but I was and we left.

This place is awful. 11:45 and I'm the only one in the place for lunch should have been my first clue. Food was very bland. Service was weak. Health department should be notified on cleanliness!

I ordered the tofu pho and only received broth, tofu, and veggies--no noodles, no herbs. I also ordered the jackfruit spring rolls...Usually spring rolls contain a variety of veggies, but these came with only cabbage and the jackfruit. Not worth the $$.

Going to this Pho restaurant was the biggest mistake I've made!! I waited like about 30 minutes to get my pho, just by the way it looked I can already tell it wasn't going to be good at all! The broth had no flavor what so ever, the meat tasted old and rancid, noodles were okay! But I can't even give them points for that! The only good thing was the passion drink! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone biggest disappointment ever. No ambience what so ever.

This place isn't a "pho" place ... pho soup doesn't taste like pho at all ... it took like 30 minutes for them to make my food and I was very disappointed.. drink was good tho .

I ordered. 30 minutes went by and they cancelled my order for no reason then I tried to call to place an order and they declined my call 8 TIMES?! terrible service, terrible people, terrible food. Never going to come here and never should you! Disgusting.

I love boba and I've been meaning to try Phobos ever since I saw the restaurant sign. We passed by yesterday but the restaurant was already closed but we finally got a chance to drop in. Located in the Independence Square shopping center on East Moana Lane and there's plenty of parking to chooses from as the restaurant is at the heart of this tucked away strip mall. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by a pungent smell (possibly fish sauce) which may be a little off putting if you're not used to it. The dining area spacious and the decor is gorgeous. Unfortunately, for this visit, we had only intended to grab a couple of bobas to-go, to the proprietor's dismay but he was still very hospitable and gracious. He made our teas quickly and although the price was a little steep ($8 per tea), the teas were pretty good; I especially loved the soft, chewy boba pearls and our initial impression was fairly positive; so, we may need to pay Phobos another visit to actually dine-in and sample the cuisine.

First time dining out at a restaurant since mid March. We needed that. Best part is, every bite from the apps to the entrees were followed by "wow, omg, dear baby" etc. I still stand by my claim, best Bahn Mi in Reno. For the spring rolls, my hack that gives back is this; drop a couple teaspoons of Sriracha into the peanut sauce and stir. Drizzle some on the spring roll, thank me later. Also opted to try out the pork, shrimp, cabbage salad. Very glad I did, mark it as a new favorite app. I ate all my veggies, ma! Elizabeth enjoyed the coconut shrimp, and the garlic fried rice. Masks are required, and the staff also had PPE. More importantly the staff and owners are beyond nice. We discussed the ongoing problems with delivery services and excessive fees. I will try to pickup direct from the restaurants to help them get stabilized.
