When will this restaurant open back up. Has been one of my favorites for years when coming to Eldorado Reno. I always look forward to coming here food as always been great and service as well. Eldorado needs this place for sure.

Ordered takeout and was a little disappointed there was little curry broth. Usually when going in person there is a healthy portion. Still love their curry, it's delicious.

Roasted Duck Egg Noodle Soup. While in Reno, Pho Mein is one of the easier Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants to get to if you're staying at the ROW. It's located at the lower floor in the El Dorado Resort and Casino. It's a bit hidden so ask a staff member walking the floor to direct you if you get lost. They are known for their Roasted Duck Egg Noodle Soup -- very filling and comforting especially after a long day of snowboarding or skiing. Nothing beats a big bowl of hot soup on a cold day. There's also Won Ton Soup, Pho, Chow Mein, Pad Thai, and much more to choose from off the menu.

We went here to grab some food. The guy at the counter seemed like he did not want to be there lol It felt awkward... felt like we were being a burden, Lost my appetite. I walked away. My brother stayed and ordered some bahn mi sandwiches. Service is a meh. Hope the service is better for others.

If you are craving some soup and don't want to leave the casino, this place will do the job. It's not amazing but it's not bad either. I ordered the roasted duck with egg noodles. They give you a very generous amount of duck but it's not the most fresh duck. The broth was a little bland but I did like the noodles they used. Service was meh, pretty non-existent. On a side note, they close at 9pm, not 10pm. They had to turn some customers away because people were walking in at 8:55pm thinking the place closes at 10pm (according to Google).

Helpful and friendly staff. Great food for a good price

It was good to get so many fresh vegetables including plenty of spicy peppers, but the vegetarian broth at least wasn't very flavorful. I'm glad I ordered takeout, as the atmosphere was odd, and there seemed to be an argument in the kitchen.

The food was just average honestly. I ordered Eldorado chow mein. The noodles was too thick and chewy, the meat used just didn't taste fresh. And the entire meal just lacked the right Asian flavors I was looking for. The pad Thai noodles and the Pho as well just average. The broth was too salty. I'm sorry for the review. Just want you guys to do better. Best wishes!

This is a great Pho place with huge portions. There are only a handful of places that have good Pho. Also this place doesn't chance out on items. Like others that I've reviewed on, when asking for more limes for our pho, the server brought out a large portion of lime wedges and if you have eaten at other places in town, then you know you would be charged .50 per wedge. This place is well worth the short walk through the casino to get to it. The only down fall is the hours open, other than that this place is by far a 5 star.

Pho Mein is one of my go-to spots for late night (or really anytime) Asian cuisine in the downtown area. Their menu isn't very large, but they're always running weekday specials and everything I've ever tried has always been amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the quality of the food has never wavered. They also have some of the best shrimp spring rolls I've ever had, and the peanut sauce just adds to the explosion of flavor you get from these rolls. Also, for being in a casino, they're really reasonably priced.

Great bahn mi and duck soup. Friendly and fantastic service. I make sure to visit here at least once every time I'm staying in downtown Reno.

Big bowls I got the #1 had to add sauce pepper and salt so it actually tasted like something it's interesting but I had better Pho in Portland

This area has splendid service! We ordered a Pad Thai, Seafood Pho, and Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice. The latter wasn't as good as the other two, as we felt the chicken was dry and didn't taste like chicken... Anywho, this is located in the food court at El Dorado and gets a bit crowded by 11:30 (30 mins after opening)!

Hidden in the casino, but excellent. I got the wonton soup and added noodles. It was delicious! They had tasty Vietnamese and Chinese staples and all were delicious. Highly recommend.
