Flew in from CA and came across this place on Google search. I ordered an Oat milk latte and the homemade banana bread- both were SO GOOD! Also met the owners, who were both so sweet and welcoming. Would return on my next trip!

Pianissimo was one of my favorite coffee shops while I lived in Reno. Not only was the coffee itself great, but the addition of CBD oil lead to a perfectly relaxing atmosphere and state of mind.Also I've had all the food there. It's all good. Get the jelly.

Over the last couple years, I've had north of 50 meetings at Pianissimo and have always had great service. Unfortunately, they are not taking COVID19 seriously and joke about mask requirements by having their employees wear a fish net-like material over their faces -- offering near zero protection. Until Pianissimo gets real about customer safety, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I find it very disturbing that the employees here not only do not wear masks but also flout the fact by wearing fishnets? I get that it's a private business but it's an odd hill to die on. I really hope their decision doesn't cause anyone to get a tube rammed down their throat in the near future. I'm going to guess that hand washing is also something they don't take seriously and take my business elsewhere. If you want to risk picking up an illness to go with your coffee, then this coffee shop is for you!

Pianissimo CBD cafe is still open and providing heavenly food and coffee as well as prompt and friendly service! I tried a ginger spice chai tea latte and the flavor was amazing♡ will definitely be back for the breakfast sandwiches and homemade-in-an-instantpot cheesecake ^_^ Thank you Pianissimo for being here for Reno!

Very good local coffee shop! I've always been trying to find a good place in South Reno as it seems all the amazing spots are in Midtown or Downtown. We came here based on the reviews and were pleasantly surprised! We called in our order for curbside pickup. Ordered to large iced lattes with it milk and one of them had vanilla. Both were very good and the vanilla was not super sweet as other places. The one employee we interacted with was very nice and friendly. I cant wait to come back here when everything is opened back up. The inside looks very inviting! Id highly recommend supporting this local coffee shop! You won't be disappointed.

We come here weekly and everything they offer is great! They have a good variety of drinks, snacks and CBD products. As of today (governor issued 30 day shutdown) they will be open until 3pm for curbside pickups. I was the first curbside order and it was a piece of cake. I called in, parked in front and she brought everything out. I added a picture of the new menu for curbside orders.
