Great restaurant, even better taco truck. The truck is usually at the corner of 5th Ave and Sun Valley Blvd. Friendly to all customers, this staff might get my name wrong sometimes but who can blame them. Usually I go with the tacos. Sometimes they run out of particular meats but who doesn't if they stay this good and busy. The wait time is usually not too bad. Parking can be a little iffy but that's because the owner of this appliance store next to it has every uhaul known to man parked at it. There is seating although limited.

Better than most of the local restaurants in the Reno/Sparks area. As a private chef and business owner I know a thing or two about food and this place has it. I was told about this place a while ago but never tried it until recently. The food is hands down delicious. Customer service from Laura is very friendly with excellent customer service. The magic is in the back where the chefs pay close attention to detail on the explosive flavors. The addition of the home made salsa’s are delicious. They bring out additional flavor to any meat you pair it with. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Come and enjoy some great food at Pinches Tacos.

We came in because of the name and was shocked to see you could get your taco fix PLUS Musubi AND a poke bowl all in the same spot. The food was good and nice portions. The icing was Camila tho. She makes an excellent host. Her friendly attitude makes you want to come back. Thank you girl!!

Delicious! I had the curry made with tofu instead of chicken! While not like traditional asian curry, it was amazing in flavor and portion size. The staff accomodated my request to switch out the chicken for tofu after i ordered, which was super cool of them.

The tacos here are some of the best I’ve had. I’m a big fan of al pastor (marinated pork) with pineapple. For me those two things pair well. My daughter also really likes the nachos which come loaded.

Great and friendly service and hands down 100% best asada fries I have had anywhere. We like to get them at different places in town from restaurants to the sun valley food trucks and this hidden gem has the best. Crinkle cut fries that arent rock hard, tons of meat and toppings, sour cream, a little nacho cheese?!, jalapenos!!! Fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Definitely going back.. sorry no pics I am to busy eating it all.
