I stopped here while passing through and was not disappointed by the experience. The biscuits are really great and probably the best thing that I had. Just a biscuit with butter and marionberry jam was the most exquisite bite. I didn’t super love the chicken fried steak, it was just okay to me. Don’t sleep on the mushroom gravy though, I liked it better than the sausage gravy but both were good. I think the sausage gravy is slightly sweeter if you’re trying to decide. I was bummed that jam was an extra cost but it was worth it — one order of jam was enough to share with two people.

The real deal. Everything we tried (fried chicken, pulled pork, beignets) were outstanding. It’s not cheap but it is fantastic for sure.

I'd give a higher score, but they ran out of coffee during the breakfast rush! It's like a Chinese restaurant not having rice.

Pine State always slaps.

My favorite is the Chatfield, that biscuit oozing house made apple butter gets me wet every time 🤤😋🥲

This a really nice casual brunch or breakfast place. I hope you like gravy. I had the as Moneyball with eggs on a biscuit and my wife got the chicken fries steak, they were both amazing.

Don’t wait to try this place. We walked in thinking it was just another breakfast restaurant. Boy were we surprised! They have divine biscuits! Never had such a perfect, fluffy biscuit. The blueberry pancakes and hash-ups were also delicious. Service was on point. The restaurant was clean and nicely designed. There is both seating outdoors and inside. We went on a Friday morning at opening and walked right in, but have heard there is often a wait on weekends. I will dream about their biscuits until we are back in Reno again. Seriously. Great biscuits!
